I was excited to check out their new location on Water Street near Purple Penguin. Parking is in the back and you walk around to the front entrance. The warehouse is a little smaller than their old location, but they still have a great selection. You can shop online and call ahead if you want them to hold an item for you. Prices are reasonable and they have some really nice wall art. Delivery is usually $80, but it's worth checking with them since it depends on your address. One thing I like is that if you see something you want but are not in a hurry, check back in about 30 days because it will be discounted. The sticker on each item shows the date it arrived. They carry a wide variety of brands and home decor, and the owner and staff are very friendly. There was no pressure while shopping. read more

I absolutely love this place! It's super close to my house, has incredible items and is always putting new stuff out. You can find really unique pieces here that were well cared for. You can tell their selection process has some boundaries which really helps curate nice items versus junk. I've purchased many items here over the years. A very large mirror for $10, some decorative trays, smaller items but I go every week to see if there's anything exciting I'd like to pick up. OMG this place has done it again!! I was in the shopping plaza on 07/31/2024 in the afternoon & just had this voice inside of me telling me I need to stop in to see what they have for couches. Boy, am I so glad that I did! I've been needing a new couch for awhile now & really didn't want to spend a couple thousand on ones I've seen @ name brand furniture stores & was skeptical about ones that people were selling on FB Market esp from people who "just joined" FBM in 2024. I was greeted by Antonette who helped me the first time I stopped in & bought my kitchen table. We actually recognized each other. I told her why I was there & started to walk around & found a couch that I liked. I thought the price was originally $799 & thought what a great deal! There was actually a 1 in front of that price...lol There was a second price, lower & she told me that on 08/07/2024 it would be listed for 50% off if it was still there. I liked the couch because it was firm so you don't sag into it & all the cushions, bottom & back could be flipped so you can help prevent those worn out spots if you have a favorite spot that you like to sit @. She offered to call the seller to see if she was willing to sell it for 50% that day vs waiting until the 7th. I continued to walk around to look @ other couches & all the stuff for sale. It sure was my lucky day not once but twice! The owner was willing to let it go that day for 50% off for me and Tom, his brother & 2 young guys were able to deliver it to me later that day. I liked the black coffee table that was in front of it but was afraid that it was too small compared to the size of the couch. I found another coffee table that was bigger, different style & had a box under the glass with a draw that was rocky. I had asked if there was any way to see how it was connected to the metal piece thinking maybe it was due to some loose screws. Antonette called over 2 of the young workers to come & flip it over & sure enough it was connected by screws & they tighten them which did help but seems it may just fit a little loose to begin with. We were all surprised to see the brand was IKEA. I LOVED that no one was annoyed with doing this for me & allowing me to see how the draw was connected, they happily did it. Now that's great customer service! I ended up buying the table too & the price was such a great deal too! I did come across some pictures in the back that hadn't been priced yet & brought them up front to ask Antonette how much they were & she had told me the guy who would be pricing them would be in later, which reminds me I need to call them to see if they have been priced yet because one of them I absolutely love & want. But what I really LOVE the most is once my couch was delivered & set up I LOVED it even more. It looks soooooo amazing in my living room & it opens up the area giving me more room in the living room & the kitchen. I definitely made the right decision/choice in buying the couch & coffee table. I even went out later that day & today to find some new pillows to decorate it with. If you don't mind buying barely used, preowned furniture & not spending an arm & a leg this is the place to go! Friendly and professional. Sold a pair of matching love seats at Chic & Cozy. Pretty straight-forward experience. They charged us $60 to pick-up the furniture, a wee bit steep I thought. But the rest of the transaction was pleasant enough. Took a while to sell, and we didn't get as much as we hoped for. But we did get paid $161 for the pair, after pick-up we netted $101 on the sale. Was nice to say goodbye to the furniture in our driveway and not have to drive to their store to sign anything or monitor what was going-on. Apparently they sat for a while in their showroom, then sold about two months apart, we received two separate checks. The loveseats were on Offer-Up for 6 weeks prior to the consignment without any offers, so getting $101 was better than nothing even if we had hoped for more. read more

The rudest bunch of women. They ask for you to take photos and email them for consigning. I did just that. I took the time to take photos and details of the furniture and got no response to the email so I came down to talk to them. The woman I'm talking to states "no we don't sell couches with tassels and marble tables." The table wasn't even marble, it's wood. But if you took the time to read my description you would know that. She goes into the office of the woman that decides what furniture to sell. Within 10 seconds (literally) she comes out and says "she's not interested that's why she didn't respond". Wow! She doesn't even bother to get down from her high horse, come out of her office to talk to me about the furniture. I also asked about a bench I was interested in. I asked the same woman helping me if they work with the price. She said she would see if she can try to budge on the price. The same rude snooty woman that decides on furniture says rudely "No! She won't budge on the price". I understand if you can't budge on prices but you can at least be kind to your customers and not act your high and mighty like you're above me. I came in here twice and it was the same sketchy attitude. I am starting to believe it's not the furniture they aren't interested in. It's the kind of race they don't care for in their shop. You know, If your'e gonna be a bunch of stuck up, rude, prejudice, unprofessional grumpy women with no personality then I'll spend my money elsewhere and leave you with one star cause that's exactly what you deserve. read more

Followed directions from website and sent email with pics weeks ago. No response to initial and follow up email. Walked in today basically stood there unacknowledged. Finally was met with rude women was immediately told have too much bedroom furniture so no room. Then I looked up the email on their system as the woman could not find it. I felt as though they were questioning that I even sent them one. They looked at pics and said no furniture was to scuffed. All of them coming at it was stressful. I don't mind if you don't want to co-sign the pieces for whatever reason, but in the least you could have responded as such to the emails weeks ago and I wouldn't have made a trip. Also you made me feel like I was not good enough for your establishment. Recommend you all knock it down a few notches and treat all patrons with some respect. Horrible experience today. read more

That said, I encourage any buyer of upholstered furniture to first ask to see the item in the daylight. This cute set was in a darker area near the back of the store. When in the sunlight I realized why-black pet hair and human hair coated the sides near the cushion and was stained where the pets hair likely touched (the oils). Currently on my second product to try to get this out. Had I seen the stain and pet hair I wouldn't have paid what I did. read more
