We received a surprise call that it arrived and could be delivered in a few days, this was the end of June. I begged to have it delivered the following day due to a party we were having at the house. On May 1,2024 I purchased 2 umbrellas from California Patio. They had one in stock which I took home. The other one was to be delivered to the Lake Mead store the next day. It was not. On May 4 the store said I could pick up the umbrella. However, I decided I did not want the second one. When I asked for a refund, I was told all sales are final. I thought this was odd since I had not took possession of the umbrella. The all sales final information should be posed in the store but I was unable to find it when I went to get the second umbrella. I was told it was on the invoice I signed but the invoice I was given was not signed by anyonhe. SO BEWARE OF THIS STORE. Ive been looking for a new large umbrella and chairs for several weeks, Ive seriously just been casually looking figuring I have a few weeks till we get pounded by the sun and heat. Decided to drive up to California Patio, Im sooooooooo glad I did! We were greeted by a smiling Jose, I told him what we were looking for, you know something thats not gonna go airborne and last awhile. We talked about a few then landed on this beautiful sturdy 13 foot umbrella. Jose demonstrated how it worked, answered every question I threw at him, needed-less to say he knew his products, no other store we went to gave us a demo leaving it to me to figure out, I decided on that umbrella! I was also looking for 2 wood chaise loungers, I told him I wanted something sturdy thats Vegas friendly, Jose showed me a beautiful product line and I selected 2. California Patio has some beautiful products but it was because of Jose and Jose alone I decided to make a purchase that day, I absolutely adore him he seriously could have sold me the business thats how incredible he is!! Just ordered an extra large lounge chair, table and mosaic tea cart; absolutely gorgeous! The prices are higher than other stores but the quality can't be compared to others. Great selection also. Everything was in-stock and available for quick delivery. Linda was very helpful and the delivery guys were super nice! This is based on how company handled a situation. I purchased a Napoleon 665 precision pro natural gas grill from them, while not the most expensive grill isn't cheap. Delivery and set up for Friday 3/26. First they delivered the wrong grill (built in top I ordered a free standing), they then came back with one that didn't work (was also a propane model). I planned on grilling this weekend and was told Monday is earliest. Of course I wasn't happy and went to the store Saturday morning. They listened to my saga and refunded the $200 set up and delivery charge, not only that my new grill was delivered and set up within 2 hours of me leaving the store. While issues do occur, how a company handles them is important and California Patio did what I consider to be a very fair solution. That said - the Napoleon 665 precision pro is a fantastic grill, I was back and forth between it and the 500, I am so glad I decided to spend the extra $$. read more

I love this store! It's nice to go to a place and sample all the furniture instead of looking at it in a catalog and hoping for the best. Yes, the merchandise is a bit pricey, but have you ever heard you get what you pay for? You won't find some crap set that's going to fall apart in one season.. The choices of styles and fabrics are endless. They offer Sunbrella material that comes with a guarantee against fading. We just ordered a set of four chairs and a 57" fire table. My experience with California Patio was very positive. I wanted to have 16 patio cushions remade as a custom order. The staff, Jose in particular, provided great service and feedback during the entire process. The order had to be referred to the manufacturer for completion. Jose kept me informed during the entire process. When we had a sight issue with the fabric for two cushions, Jose was able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I have since referred California Patio to friends and would certainly visit them again for all my patio needs. I thought this place was great. They have a huge inventory, so you are able to see and sample the outdoor furniture instead of hoping it is nice from COSTCO or Wayfair. I am very hesitant to buy furniture sight unseen. They have a huge selection of American made furniture from O.W. Lee and Mallin. American made means better quality and better warranty. The thing you have to prepare yourself for is the sticker shock. Yes, outdoor furniture has to stand up to the elements, so it costs more than indoor furniture. There are hundreds of sunbrella colors to choose from, along with those colors that are exclusive to Mallin and O.W. Lee. Pablo is a great salesman. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. read more

If you are looking for quality outdoor furniture, this is the place to shop. Not only do they carry a variety of brands, but their customer service is superb. Pablo and Linda assisted me over about a 3 week period of time while I was trying to decide on styles and colors of furniture for my very large back yard. This would be a big purchase, and I wanted to be well informed, so Pablo went that extra mile to show me a set of furniture that was at a different location, just so I could see and touch it before making a decision. Outstanding!!! They offer brands at multiple price points, so the consumer can decide which caliber of furniture fits them best. I chose to buy the OW LEE furniture which is hand crafted right here in the USA. Not inexpensive by any means, but at least I know it wont need to be replaced by the end of the season.
