At Home Inspections did a great job for me. They do their work professionally. To begin, they gave me an accurate quote on the phone, straight away. I scheduled an appointment and that was easy. On the appointment date, the Inspector was very punctual and professional. He explained what he was doing and had my best itnerest in mind. I was a little frustrated. I told the person I scheduled with about my brain injury and that I needed someone to help me go through the report. She indicated she would have the inspector (Tristan) call me on his way home (about an hour) to walk through the inspection and what was found. I then paid a termite inspection a quarter of the price of the home inspection and the termite inspector found leaks in the garage, mold/fungus under both bathroom sinks. They also discovered a lot more dry rot then Tristan the home inspector. I was disappointed as I expected the home inspection company would have found these things. I wish I would have hired a different company based on what I've learned now. :( read more

Update: after filing a dispute with our bank card company, allowing at home inspections to respond within a 60 day period with anything refuting our claims of their impropriety (they chose not to respond), we received a full refund. Unfortunately, the company decided to go a different avenue and instead of refuting the claim sent our account to collections without proper notification. We were notified by a debt collector. Obviously we have all documents backing our claim, as well as the lack of collection on their part to validate sending it to an outside agency. This company is a scam and instead of owning their mistakes they are pawning them off on their costumers. Not a good look. read more

Absolutely the most usless inspection company. They performed an inspection and a week later I needed repair to my AC. They claim they have a 90 day guarantee. But when I called they said tough luck. Then they passed my water heater which was not up to code. My approx cost will be $2000. Again they said to bad. Can't believe I actually had to pay for this inspection. read more
