I usually don't write reviews, but I experienced the most loving, caring, compassion and kind help from Dylan on 9/20/2024. I booked an appt with Dylan for an inspection. While waiting, Dylan came from the back and immediately introduced himself. During the brief introduction, Dylan explained to us what he would be doing and if we had any questions, please ask. I stated that I would wait because the owner had already explained to me that it's really important to let the inspector do his job so that he doesn't miss anything. That was fine. As my sister and I looked around, my sister began to not feel well. I told the realtor I was going to take her home and be back. As we were leaving, my sister passed out. I eased her down and called for Dylan because I needed a little help. Dylan came around the corner, not expecting what he was seeing and immediately started helping. He helped me with assisting my sister and getting an ambulance there. He made sure my sister was as comfortable as she could be due to where we were. He kneeled down to my sister and spoke with such compassion and care. When my sister became more alert, she told Dylan that she was 70 yrs old. Dylan says " what! You sure don't look it. I would have never thought that!" That perked my sister right up! He never left her side. When the ambulance arrived, I thanked Dylan and said I was fine and he could go back to his work. Hi Tony, It is rare that I ever even respond to anything, but I want to let you know that your report is very dissatisfying. -First of all, 68 pages that does not even list a clear summary is wasting my time and not appreciated. All the diagrams/pictures are not only wordy but not needed. -There is no guesstimate of costs. -The report is lacking your option and looks like you just put it into a form on line. -Your report is not direct and to the point.
