It can be stored compactly upright. I bought an additional oversized floor nozzle and a lifetime's worth of bags. Later Daniel, the repairman and prior owner, adjusted my old extra-long crevice tool and sold me an inexpensive adapter for it. The machine is top notch as was the service from both Megan and Daniel who are knowledgeable and did not pressure me in my purchases.

These guys have the best customer service…read more I bought some new faucets; one for the kitchen and one for the bathroom. I went back the next day to purchase the supply lines and some 1/4 turn stop valves. Since this was my first time installing this hardware, I needed help finding the right stuff. The employee, Jordan, was the nearest help I could find. He was just done helping another customer when I asked him for help and he was happy to do so. At that precise moment, the other customer said "I guess you'll have to wait longer for your lunch break". That when I noticed he had his lunch sack with him. I offered to look for other help but he insisted on helping me and told me not to worry about it. While helping me to find the right size equipment, he opened a brand new faucet (same model I bought the night before) so that we could confirm the sizes. After finding the right equipment, he escorted me to an unoccupied register and checked me out. Jordan went beyond my expectations and I left satisfied and confident that I had the right equipment to do the job. After checking me out and thanking me, another customer lined up thinking that his register was opened. Without hesitation, Jordan happily served them too. This all transpired when he was supposed to be on his lunch break. That's exceptional customer service. P.S. I did not have to visit Home Depot again while doing this project because I had everything I needed.
