It's a little pricey. Nice things though. I wish I didn't have to drive an hour to the location.

AtHome typically is my go to for accents to decorate my home. More often than not, i can always find something I am convinced I need. This store has a decent level of organization, and finds a way to remain so although they are quite understaffed. Today I came to this location after sitting in traffic due to a accident. I arrived at 9:46pm to make a return. Store hours including holiday store hours are posted on the front doors. While there were previously extended hours of 11pm, this location has returned to closing at 10pm - well they should have, but it seems as if they close earlier unbeknownst to their customers. Upon my arrival the doors were closed, however, there was one employee at the entrance. This employee blatantly ignored me and continued to spray/disinfect around the shopping carts located in the front of the store. I asked through the doors if they were open. He replied they were closed, and returned to spraying. I returned to my vehicle to get my phone in order to double check the time. Noticing that it was not 10 pm, I returned to the door. Three additional employees stood next to cash registers trying their best not to make eye contact. Shortly after, a woman, whom I assume was the manager on duty also came to the cash register with a shopping cart. She proceeded to pull the cash registers. During this time, everyone saw me, but in many ways I felt invincible. Once the last register was in the cart all of the employees walked to the back of the store without saying a word. I understand people look forward to leaving work when their shift ends. I also understand the satisfaction of leaving work "on time". What baffles me is how a simple explanation of why they were closed prior to the listed times could not be given. If not from an associate, the least I expect is to hear something from the manager. I choose to shop at AtHome for a number of reasons: the products, the variety, the prices; to name a few. One of the most important reasons I patronize a number of businesses is because of the level of customer service they provide. Unfortunately, the service or lack there of is a complete turn off. I'll spend my money at Home Goods and other home decor stores. Once time permits, I plan to make this return - I won't be back. I just hope this level of service is not the new standard. read more

This store has lots to offer, everything from furniture to kitchen gear and home decor! Love the options and prices are reasonably priced. My only complaint is the staff was rude and didn't care about customer service. I wanted to look at the bath towels but two women were dragging items off the shelf in front of the towels, I asked if I could look at the towels and both women gave me dirty looks and didn't speak to me so I turned around and left, clearly they didn't care about customer service or selling merchandise, they had a terrible attitude. read more

Possibly my favorite store on the planet for home decor! I have bought so many things here since discovering it a few months back. They have nice sales off and on throughout the year if you sign up for their emails. I love the selection of frames. I bought almost all of my planters here as well as most of my seasonal decor for the house. Give yourself a few hours if you plan to go! You'll need it to look at everything. read more

Just went to look around and bought 200:00 kitchen canisters and some knickknacks loved everything

This place has almost everything you could need for your house. They have a huge selection of artwork and Hong's to decorate your walls. Their kitchen selection is also pretty big. They have different indoor and outdoor furniture, bedding, curtains, things for organization, holiday decor and Knick knack decorations. Small selection of towels which is what I came in for. You can spend a few hours wondering around this place. Prices and quality seem the same as Walmart/target read more

At Home - Home Decor Near Me - Slidell, Louisiana

Wow. Just wow. If you like (mass produced) home decor, this place is your candy store. This new-to-the-area store replaced Sears in North Shore Square mall. It has its own entrance and plenty of parking. I walked into the place looking for a clothing rack and the pieces they have in here are amazing. If you are looking for that trendy chair, they have it. I have been looking for a clear/ghost chair for my YouTube videos and they have it. Another item that caught my eye was a mirrored chevron print dresser. There was Halloween decorations, dorm items, anything you can think of to fill your space. The drawback is that everything is much pricier than I'm used to, i.e. compared to surplus stores like Home Goods and TJ Maxx. I had to pass on buying something hoping I can find it cheaper in the future. As lagniappe, they also sell snacks and candy near the register. Side note: the sliding door to enter was out of order at the time with no sign. I looked ridiculous just standing there for a split second waiting for it to open. The cashier and I had a good laugh, but it was a little embarrassing and also avoidable. Double side note: there's a pokestop a couple paces away at the mall's regular entrance. read more

I really like going to At Home. They have a great selection of home decor (and more). The only downfall is their prices. I feel some things are definitely overpriced when comparing a similar item at Hobby Lobby, etc. They do have a great selection so if you're in need of something for the home, definitely check it out! read more

My new favorite home decor store! They have a lot of products to choose from and they are not expensive but the quality is amazing! Every sales associate is friendly and the store is neat. I just wish they had a store near Baton Rouge, LA. read more
