After registering my complaint with BBB I was contacted by a customer service representative. The owner refunded cost of the rug mat. I had since purchased the appropriate size. It must've happened during transportation and went unnoticed. I don't know what it sold for but I got it for free and delivered. I use it regularly and appreciate the gift. Maybe it was discounted and you don't look a gift horse in the mouth. I know the Comeaux's and they're good Christians and very honest people. I know they'd extend a hand to me if I asked them to.
