Prema held on to our furniture for a few weeks and very helpfully delayed our delivery to give us time to get the work completed. When we set it all up, we were very happy with the quality of our Bermuda furniture, very happy with the value for money and very happy with the entire experience. We had a couple of questions after delivery, and we found Prema's post-sale service to be just as positive and helpful as she was when we first met. They were in good shape with the exception that some of the framing was getting pitted and straps were faded, but not broken. This set, including the glass table, have been outside in the sea air and all elements since they were purchased. We wanted to honor my wife's grandparents by not replacing this set. So we decided to invest in a restoration, due to how well made this set is. I found Patio Guys on Yelp and decided to use them for this project. As we were starting to wipe down the chairs, we noticed a label on one of the chair frames, which was a Patio Guys restoration logo decal. Turns out our late relative had used them before, but uncertain at what decade were they restored before. I guess it was destiny to use Patio Guys. For the strap width of what our chairs required, there was not a huge selection to choose from. So if you're looking to replace with a sunny yellow, orange or teal, you'll need to make an alternate choice. Lots of whites, creams, tans, and earthy greens to choose from. The only blue is like a Dodger blue or a forest green. So we took a leap of faith and chose turquoise. It's perfect!! We were in no hurry and quoted 4 weeks turn around time. It was more like 6 weeks, but I was anticipating more like 10 weeks. Plus we were the cause of not getting the chairs back sooner due to our schedule. The job Patio Guys has exceeding my expectations. I knew the patio set would look better than the existing condition, but I wasn't expecting a brand new condition.

The ring worked just fine and did not rust through like some companies have mentioned online but when I decided to upgrade from our original lava rocks to fire glass it was time to go with a stainless fire ring. I had my eyes on Starfire direct for a few years now until I decided it was time to upgrade the fire pit. I emailed Starfire direct with some questions and in less than 24 hours Mari M responded and answered all my questions. Mari was very professional and knows her products, she had excellent communication as I had a few other questions. I ended up purchasing the fire ring and I could not be happier. It looks very well made and the flames it produces are just what I was hoping for. I also believe the flames are a little better as the holes are staggered where my original was just on the top in a straight line.
