Product was not received and we went on line again and found the on-line system updated the delivery date to be 12/31/2025. Again product was not received. We reached out and left several voicemail messages because this company does not have an actual real live person answering customer's phone inquiries. Thankfully, Travis eventually returned our phone call and said that Starfire was unaware that their vendor was shut down for 2 weeks during the holiday season and that our order would ship and arrive first week of January. This did not happen. We were then advised via online system that the order would arrive Saturday, January 10, 2026. Product did not arrive until the following week AND they shipped the WRONG product. We left messages again and Travis reached out and said he would contact the manufacturer. I requested that our order be escalated to management and for a manager/owner to contact us and I wanted the manufacturer or Starfire Direct to ship the correct product FEDX P1 at their expense for the poor communication and numerous delays with our order. (hired an electrician) We called that next week to schedule our FREE orientation. 4 days later.... Orientation day!!! Nash was awesome! He walked us through all the spa controls, what chemicals we needed, when to add them how to test the water....general maintenance and care! He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything before he left. So far so good! Armstrong is great. They're very friendly and accommodating…read more I have requested specific plants many times have gone out of their way to try and get them for me. I think the best thing about Armstrong is that they still have pony packs, meaning six packs of plants. If you go to the big box stores now you can only buy one plant at a time for instance if I want a basil plant I can get six of them in a pony packet Armstrong whereas I would have to pay almost as much for just one at the big box stores. They have San Marzano tomato plants in the springtime. Need I say more? Those are very difficult to find! Every year they give away free ladybug and sometimes free praying mantis that certain times of the year. Armstrong has been here for a long time and I'm very happy they are still here. If you are a senior be sure to ask for the senior discount. They will discount you every time.
