What an adventure. I'm still trying to figure out the theme here. The best description I can come up with is Dollar Tree, Big Lots, and Temu had a baby... but it inherited Michael's pricing (without a coupon or discount). Looking for a pillow? Excellent news. They have approximately one million of them -- just none that are quite what you're looking for. It's almost impressive. Need an umbrella? You're in luck! They have a BOGO deal: buy one, get that one... for the price of two. A bold pricing strategy. The upside is if you need help, the cashiers are easy to find since they aren't busy. read more

Highly impressed with at home! Not only does at home. Have an amazing Halloween selection of everything! Halloween including mechanical Halloween items that will put a scare into you. They also have a good amount of associates walking the floors to help with any questions you may have. So the service is very impressive! And as you know, the value of at home is always very good. This home decor store is amazing! It has everything you could ever need for your home. They have furniture like desks, tables, chairs, bar stools, outdoor patio furniture kitchen tables and more. They have bedding, towels, cushions for indoor and outdoor chairs, area rugs, kids room decor! This place is like ikea, home goods and tjmax all wrapped up in one store. "At Home" has taken the place of the former House and Yard improvement stores: Expo (Home Depot) and the Great Indoors (Sears). We'll miss them both... since they gave us interesting ideas for decorating, at reasonable prices, particularly when there was a sale. But I digress. We stopped here needing some new cushions for our patio furniture. At Home, has about eight aisles to choose from. Nice! They were also running a sale of their close-out patterns, so... lots of ideas. Our tab came to about $225 or so, which given all the cushions and extras, seemed about right. It's fun to come here around the holidays because they have some reasonably priced decor (like Halloween) as where its neighboring store (Hobby Lobby) does not carry these items. We were able to snag iridescent bulb ornaments for the infamous Halloween cauldron craft. The only thing is that their pricing is inaccurate and they don't seem to honor posted prices. Found cute ceramic gnomes in their seasonal-spring-summer section that was marked for clearance, but still rang up at full price. read more

Cost Plus, Hobby Lobby, Home Express (for those readers old enough to remember this retailer), factory outlet store, liquidator all came to our minds when my wife and entered and began to walk around this huge store. While the store's layout is organized and there is plenty of signage to direct you to the area you want to peruse, it is still slightly overwhelming when one first enters and your eyes are bombarded with shelf upon shelf of home goods. There is everything from seasonal items like patio furniture, patio umbrellas, vases, &some Halloween decorations selling fast to make room for the upcoming Holidays. There were a couple of rows of empty shelf gondolas with Holiday merchandise plan-o-grams taped to them ready for stocking. This retailer also sells area rugs, baskets, household linens, dining chairs and tables, barstools, kitchen ware, mirrors, art pieces, fake plants, curtain, shower curtains and so on. My personal observation, this store is more like a liquidation operation. None of the shelves have item labels which to me indicates that merchandise when it arrives can be placed anywhere in that correlating shelving area. Just a price tag on the item with no dedicated shelf space required. In addition, there were many off-brand and lower recognized national brand names offered, especially in the kitchenwares area (knife sets, pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils). The prices here, at least for my wife and I do not seem like any better deals than one can find on-line or in brick and mortars. Some prices seemed rather expensive for what you get. For example, they sell a lamp base for $24.99 (pricing varies) . Then you can choose your lampshade for an additional $24.99 (pricing varies). You have purchased a tiny lamp base and small lamp shade for over $50. The line to check out snaked around to the area by the artwork/mirrors, despite having four check stands in operation. As other have mentioned, there was advertisement in the store to join their loyalty program, but our cashier made no attempt/offer to sign us up. read more

I have never such laziness in my life. Seems like this place has no morals when it comes to their staff and only hires staff that is either family related or stupid. In all my time there there is only one staff on the floor while the supposed managers I believer are standing around doing nothing but gossiping and yelling at the one person on the floor who may I say looks like a kid thats at their wits especially after finding out that this cooperation only keeps everyone at part-time to save the stupid money rather than employee actual humans. Had to google that. Honestly I wont be surprised if this business falls by next year or I'm taking that one employee with me as they were so sweet. read more

Unreal!!!!!!! I bought a pillow TWO days ago that was on clearance. The pillow was too big for my sofa. I went back to the store to return the pillow (with my original receipt )and the cashier tells me she can only give me a store credit because it's a Christmas item! I bought the pillow AFTER Christmas!! She then tells me I can either keep the pillow or return it, but even though I have my receipt, the longer I hold on to the pillow I will lose my return value!!!! WTHeck!!! That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard!!! The manager didn't even try to accommodate or offer the refund that I requested. I just basically flushed $20 down the toilet, and I'm stuck with a store credit I do not want!! Never ever,ever going there again!!! read more

This store is gigantic. We've never been inside but were curious. It was like a giant Walmart/Hobby Lobby all in one. It had a lot of stuff, but almost too much that it was overwhelming. I guess it's a one stop shop, but it wasn't my cup of tea. I have to be in the mood to shop in such a huge store. I need something in mind to look for... otherwise, I'll just be cruising all the aisles to see what jumps into my cart. read more

Purchased counter stools for about $600 less than a year ago, each stool has its own weird differences, one is softer leather, one is shiner, one is more padded and one is not, anyways one of the chairs ripped along the seem and they have none left and will not refund to exchange or do store credit for me. So we are out of luck. We will prob have to spend another $600 or more to get new stools and they will def not be from this store. We even drove all the way to riverside to get 3 of the 4. Super disappointed when it's clearly a design error and they offered no help. read more

Prices are affordable, some items have further discounts based on red/orange tags be on the look out. Things are constantly changing. So happy we have something like this place in the neighborhood. Sorry K-Mart. The parking lot to this place is so packed now. Walking inside the store can be some what overwhelming but in a good way. There are so many aisles to look at. Not bad, better than I expected for sure. Used to be Kmart, WAY better than any Kmart. Felt a little like Home Goods but much larger. Bought some Xmas decor yesterday. Was disappointed by what was left but looked like they had a ton available at one point. Good 'ol supply chain issues or proximity to Xmas is likely to blame for mostly empty shelves. Didn't explore much else but the few displays near the front of the store we full and it looked like they had a nice mix of decor for any style you might be looking for. The lights I bought are the same quality as I've bought from Lowes and Home Depot in the last. The tinsel gift box decorations and the wore sleigh aren't great quality but seems like they last a few years (outdoor decs). Will likely shop here again. read more

Anywhere from wall canvas sets, throw pillows, picture frames, drawer organizers and bins -you name it, they probably have it there. And they have a wide selection of holiday decorations which I come in and shop for the most. The only negative is that the scented candles are very strong, so I try to get in and out as quick as possible. read more

I always enjoy a trip to the At Home Store. Usually the employees are always very friendly. Had one manager m who acted very robotic when took back an item that didn't work for us. She literally said 5 words to us, never even welcomed us. Just "returning?" Then "put your card here." I've it was super robotic and weird, but otherwise love this store. read more

They had their poor employees go around to every item in the store and MARK UP the prices, I understand an increase on incoming product due to inflation (Joe Bidens America after all), but to go back to old stock and mark it up was just disgusting. Nicole the cashier was really sweet and made the experience great, but the place overall is depressing, highly overpriced, and I guess will shortly be out of business just like the K-mart it took over. Suddenly this is not my favorite place anymore... I came here to purchase some patio furniture. After selecting about $500 in items we reached the register and asked about signing up for the 10% off "today" that they offer. They said no problem. We then finally asked about purchasing a pergola that the website said was IN STOCK at their location with great reviews. The main reason we went to At Home. We showed the pergola listing on our phone to the sale associate and she said it is "not in stock" and that their "website was completely unreliable". She said she would check with Valerie to see if we could have the floor model as they only sell them at a certain point of the season. She returned saying "you guys are so lucky" we can purchase the floor model. I asked her how to get it out of the store (10 ft. X 10ft) pergola. She said "you're looking at me like I'm supposed to know". I asked if it would be okay for us to disassemble it ourselves and the women behind the check out said "we can't have it" almost as if it would have been too much trouble for them so they changed their mind on the spot. Then the first store associate said "you don't want it anyways it's defective". We were pretty disappointed but maybe it was just a misunderstanding, it happens. Then we reminded her about the 10% discount and she said we wouldn't get it for 7 days but at that point we were about to put our card in to pay... The entire time we thought we had this discount but, she mentioned only now, that it's just sign ups. The first associate that first helped us yelled from her register that it's to get us to come back to shop later. I said well we "come here all the time" and she yelled back "well you should have signed up then, sweetheart". She mention another store might have it but I'd have to call and figure it out. Now I've not only not get what we originally came for but she still didn't sign us up... Just a horrible experience. We went to big lots afterwards and go the best customer service there. I used to be obsessed with this store, and purchased SO MUCH for my house! The last time I was there I kept noticing these little green price tag stickers all over the items - ALL OF THEM! I decided to peel one off of a candle holder to see if maybe the green sticker meant a mark down. NOPE! It was an up-price of $2 more than the price on the tag. I went through the store and saw these stickers everywhere, on stock that is on the shelves already. I picked up a pillow that was marked $24.99 (green sticker) and when I peeled it away the original price was $17.99. I became so aggravated by this, I left the store without buying a single item, and honestly do not plan on returning again. I do understand prices are going up, but this is extreme price inflating, and on stock that is crammed on the shelves already. I will spend my money elsewhere. :( read more

I used to be an employee at, at home and I would not recommend buying any of they're stuff. They're furniture is made out of that pressed cardboard wood. And one time when we were bringing out flatbeds there was a whole flatbed of bookshelves that had mold on them. And they just had us wipe them down and still put them up on the shelves to sell. read more

Also, the scent/fragrance is so strong inside the store that I left with a massive headache. I bought a small floor rug and had to put it outside because it was stinking up my house. Yes this is a really big store but I don't understand why they get stars marked down because of that. The customer service was great today. The store was organized and I spent 2 hrs of my alone time walking down the aisles looking for home decor. It is comparable to hobby lobby and home goods with a lot more different selections. It's right across hobby lobby so if you've got time, you could go to both stores! There is a lot of parking & it is near the mall. Came in to do a price adjustment at 9:53 in the MORNING, the lady at the register said I should come back in the morning (it is morning lol) because she didn't want to punch in the numbers for the 7 items I had. She said I could either come back later with the items even though I repeatedly told her the tags were off since I already put them on display at my house already. She then proceeded to start the price adjustment after rolling her eyes and said she couldn't do it. Had a very bad attitude for only having the store open for about an hour since they opened at 9am.
