They fixed the light in the sofa (after about 6 months). Fixed the motor on the one side of the sofa after delivery. Then when the brace broke OFF under the foot rest...nope don't cover that! Piece literally broken in half then came right off under the footrest. Their Guardian Protection only covers accidental not manufacture defect. They can't even tell me who the manufacturer is! I will NEVER give any of my future business to this store. No matter which state I live in. Tell your people NO! Now I have a sofa with a broken piece under the footrest, who knows how long it will last. $3200 for JUNK.

That being said this store is not that impressive to me. The store is a great size, almost too big for what they have to offer. A lot of stock of the same things. During my visit I only saw two employees and they were both at the register helping customers making purchases. That's fine, however with the size of the store it seems like there should be more. Again not a negative for me just making a note. This store if you're not familiar is a bit of a hodge podge. It has some accent furniture (small accent chairs, benches , a small buffet style accent table..),seasonal decorations , pillows, mirror's , lamps, like a deconstruction of Pier 1. I say deconstruction because it's really just like a one or 2 off vs. an entire collection. Really interesting. Prices are lower than a Pier 1 or Home Goods, but they really don't have a ton or any real guarantee that what you see today they'd offer tomorrow. Just an average shop with an occasional item you might find a deal on. Not my cup of tea but it could be fantastic in another's eyes.

I also purchased Serta Soft Cool and Warm material Bed sheets throughout my browsing and price checking with comparison. Yes, this location maybe disorganized at times or messy areas of towels or other sale items but shoppers can be the reason because every time I shop here for a sale item or check on an ad item, the staff here are working the best they can and hard at times unpacking boxes to stocking shelves. If busy at check out and a long line begins, another pleasant employee will open up another register.
