If I could give them 0 stars I would. I place a order with the owner 3 weeks before my daughter's…read morebirthday. I also paid in full. She told me that my order would be ready the Thursday before my daughter's 1st birthday party. Thursday evening I called and sent several messages to see where I could pick my order up. She didn't bother responding until that night saying that she would have it ready the next day at 5. I told her that was not the agreed upon date because I still need to.by accessories and shoes to match. She said she didn't tell me Thursday in the first place. I had to screenshot the message where she said she would have it ready Thursday. She didn't respond until the next afternoon only to tell me that what I paid for in full she did not have in stock. I asked why would she tell me.this the day before my daughter's 1st birthday? At this point time is winding down so I told her to just give me what she had. I arrive at her shop a few minutes before 5 as agreed and the store is closed. I waited a hour in the parking lot for her. She would not answer my calls nor respond to my text. I leave and two hours later she message me and states she'll meet me with my daughter's outfit. I meet her at Walmart. I check the bag and it was what I wanted. At this point I'm beyond done with doing anymore business with her. I proceed to put my car in drive and because I didn't say that you she yells "God doesn't like ugly." That was the scraw that broke the camel's back. I told her that she was absolutely right so I pray that he has mercy on her. Throughout this entire process not only had she been unprofessional but she gave me what she wanted to have. Not what my money paid for. To top it all off ahe had me wait over a hour at her shop without even letting me know that she would not be there at the agreed upon time. Now it's after 8 and we're meeting at a Walmart. I have no time to do the little extras that I want and I pray that it fits because there is not time to make any adjustments. He husband is in the middle telling her to control her mouth as she is calling me ever name but the child of God. She pulls off screaming at me like bat out of you know what. She turns right so to avoid any further confrontation I go left. As soon as she sees that I'm not going to same way as she is she does a U turn in the middle of the road to chase me down. At this point I see security so I pull back in.the parking lot where he was parked. She flies past us as he is getting out the car screaming at me. Luckily he was there to and he saw the entire thing. He asked if I knew her tag number because he wanted to make a report to.have her banned from the property. I gave him her name and address of business. Absolutely the worst experience ever! Also the two reviews that are posted on here is her husband. So his reviews are fake.
