The owner's mother proceeded to yell at him so much before I even left that he pooped on the floor in the kennel at which point she started yelling at me that I should have had him go outside before I brought him in. Unfortunately we were on our way to catch a train to leave, otherwise I would have left with him then. When I picked him up, he had no food left but had clearly lost weight. I knew before that they gave extra food to their chickens but I would have expected that they let him at least have his food and if not already down, give me the extra. I was also told that he barked constantly. Buddy was not a barker, he did tend to whine a lot but that is different than barking. When we got him home, he was so petrified for a couple of weeks so I don't know what they had done to scare him. It's important to note that the positive reviews were mostly before the current owners bought it.

It was like doggy day camp for my dog. They allowed me to take my dog into the back when he was boarded there and the animals stayed in large, spacious kennels. The boarding facilities were impeccably clean. They would also give my dog a bath before I would come pick him up. Our family dearly misses this vet; probably the only thing we miss about Caro.

They are devoid of any people/pet skills and are only in it to push unnecessary products/services to pay for their next yacht or trip. They do not know how to handle animals and would sooner make you pay for a sedative to put your pet to sleep than to try and get to know your pet. They are coarse, crass and abusive to the clients and think that's proper social interaction in what's supposed to be a professional, caring environment. Please, take your pets to a more professional place to receive the treatment that you and your pet deserve. It costs a lot to care for your pet and you deserve better than this place provides.
