Unfortunately, the initial repair didn't fully resolve the issue, and it was determined that i might need a new furnace--which, of course, wasn't great news. Thanks to his persistence, I don't need a new furnace after all. Not many companies would go that extra mile to make sure a major replacement is truly necessary.
