Initial indications is that they had a difficult time…read moreunderstanding my lawn borders and it took a few times to get that straightened out, plus a couple of the "kids" who fertilized the lawn did a poor job and only fertilized the middle part of my back yard, however, when I contacted customer service via email, they did follow-up and resprayed the lawn, but I have had a first few times to point out where the border of my lawn is when I specifically mentioned where my property starts and ends. I paid to have them get rid of the moles which was done successfully in the spring and I have had to contact them again late summer to do the same. Rather expensive to rid my lawn of moles though. Considering that the price of mole application removal is about the same versus a specialized company that rids lawns of moles, I will probably have a company come out and spray for moles next year so that I won't have problems later in the year. I also signed up for the bug spraying of my house and outbuilding which is 200 ft away from the house and paid for two applications up front. The person who initially came out to spray had no idea about the building or where to really spray, apparently the customer service rep failed to inform the bug sprayer about the building, although it appears that this issue has also been resolved when they come out. The cost per month is fair especially considering it is much cheaper than specialized bug removal companies and does a pretty good job.
