I figured that the previous owners had a dog and it must just need the ducts cleaned, so I turned to Yelp and found Christon. He was so friendly, professional and understanding - and given the situation he made an early AM appointment with me for the next morning (less tha 24hrs notice!) Christon arrived right on time - professionally dressed with a friendly smile/greeting. He methodically evaluated the home and approached the system (started with the attic system then worked his way down). He immediately discovered that the system was not only pretty grungy, but had a DEAD BIRD in it!!!!! How does that even happen?!?!?! He not only removed the bird (gross), but then sanitized the system and got the house smelling fresh and clean! He also checked the dryer exhaust as part of his services and discovered a thick layer of lint just waiting to catch fire. He was able to replace it with a part he had in the truck, and barely charged a thing for it. Do you know, he didnt even charge me extra for the bird removal- even at my insistence. Just this past week Richie & Charlie needed to use some extra elbow grease and really work at the creosote build up I had after apparently burning bad wood this past winter. They were fantastic from start to finish. Clean, on-time, friendly & educational as well. They even inspected my wood pile and gave me some do's & don'ts going forward. 15 years ago James "Jimmy" installed a gas furnace liner. To their credit, they showed up the very next day and they were on time. Two technicians arrived and immediately got to work. One was on the roof while the other worked in the basement, and it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. They also explained that this is a family owned business, with multiple family members working together on the same jobs, which really showed in how coordinated and invested they were in the work. The scope of work involved installing a stainless steel chimney liner designed to properly vent double gas appliances, upgrading existing connections for safety and code compliance, installing two double tee connections, and finishing everything with a stainless steel top plate and rain cap. They also handled flashing and waterproofing by installing aluminum flashing with ice shield underlayment, carefully removing shingles as needed, and waterproofing the exterior of the chimney to prevent future moisture issues. What stood out most was their professionalism and communication. They explained each step clearly, answered questions without rushing, and made sure I understood why certain upgrades were necessary. The workmanship looks excellent and very clean, especially considering the complexity of the job. Despite the rocky start, they ultimately delivered quality work and followed through when it mattered. The finished product looks great and gives me confidence that the system is safe and properly done.

He's very professional from arriving on time to giving the quote. I'm very happy with their work ethics from protecting my property as well as my neighbors ( putting up tarps to make a tent over the chimney) the work is complete and I'm very happy from the start to finish of the job.
