If I could give zero stars, I would. I prepaid for his service, he failed to show up the day of the appointment. I called 2 hours past his appointment time and he told me he had a flat tire and was waiting for AAA​ but expected to arrive a bit later. Bottom line, he never showed up. We rescheduled for a later date, he never showed up, and he never returned any of my calls or texts. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card company. I had used him in the past, without any problems, but obviously, he's got some serious problems now. My advice would be to avoid at all costs read more

It was a big mistake to hire this company. I wasn't around while they performed the cleaning. I spot checked a few easily accessible vents on the floor after I got home. Guess what, put it in a simple way: it's hard to tell whether they have cleaned it or not! These are the few examples after their cleaning, in the last picture, I saw lots of ants attracted by some candy accidentally dropped in there and they didn't pick it up! He pulled the existing furnace filter out and it looked as if it hadn't been changed in years; I've never seen a filter that dirty. He showed me before and after photos of the duct work. Christon is Fabulous! I just bought my first house and while the house itself was lovingly maintained, and the central air was newish, I found myself feeling kinda sick at the end of my first day there... I figured that the previous owners had a dog and it must just need the ducts cleaned, so I turned to Yelp and found Christon. He was so friendly, professional and understanding - and given the situation he made an early AM appointment with me for the next morning (less tha 24hrs notice!) Christon arrived right on time - professionally dressed with a friendly smile/greeting. He methodically evaluated the home and approached the system (started with the attic system then worked his way down). He immediately discovered that the system was not only pretty grungy, but had a DEAD BIRD in it!!!!! How does that even happen?!?!?! He not only removed the bird (gross), but then sanitized the system and got the house smelling fresh and clean! He also checked the dryer exhaust as part of his services and discovered a thick layer of lint just waiting to catch fire. He was able to replace it with a part he had in the truck, and barely charged a thing for it. Do you know, he didnt even charge me extra for the bird removal- even at my insistence. Background on the project: Home was built in the 60s. HVAC system is about 10/15 years old. We purchased the home in August of 2018 and the house was pretty dirty. We spent the first week just cleaning. House still has a bit of an order so we thought to have the ducts cleaned. At first I was pleasant surprised how professional and courtesy Christon was on the phone at time of booking. He explained the services and pricing. He was even able to come out in less then a week. Unfortunately I was not able to be there during the cleaning but coordinated a family member to be there. Christon arrived on time. As the day went on, things started unfolding. * Dryer vent was ripped during cleaning. Tried to repair it with a "bandage" of a repair. The minute I turned the dryer on the vent went flying off. I gave Christon two opportunities to make this situation right and both times he wants to charge me to replace the vent. I understand the vent was dirty (that is the reason why I hired a cleaning service to come out) and the dryer vent was included in the air duct cleaning but my expectations was not to have to replace the vent. If that was the case I would have replaced it from the beginning and not have to go thru the clean up of the mess that was left behind * Mess left behind. I had to clean the entire house and basement after he left. I had a black stain on my daughter's carpet. Finger prints on the walls (please see pictures) * I thought the vent covers were part of the cleaning but those were as dirty when I got home as when I left. * A vent was missed * Chimney cleaning was only from the bottom and the opening.
