Twice he was scheduled to come out to install the railing but he canceled and gave an excuse. Out of nowhere he calls and says he needs to come today to install the railing and at the time I was at work, so he kept calling me saying he needs to install the railing today, so I reached out to a relative and they were able to let him into my house. When the railing was installed he send a picture of the railing and he requested the remaining balance of $900 which I gladly sent. When I arrived home he had already gone and a upon further inspection of the railing, it was too short, and it wasn't secures properly. When I would touch the railing, it would rattle and shake because it wasn't secured properly, so I called him, texted him and sent him an email and he refused to respond to my attempts to get in touch with him. Take my word, he does horrible work! Do you waste your time, you will be just throwing your money away. Go elsewhere for this type of service!!!

The day after our one-year warranty expired, the gate stopped working completely and Delta would not answer the phone or return calls from members or our community. We had to contact a different company, who showed us that the installation was actually defective as Delta installed a bar that was too short, and as a result could not keep a vital component in place properly. Now we have to pay for a costly repair and our lot is wide open for creeps and bums to skulk around late at night.
