We tried using another 20-Ton dumptruck to pull him out, but nothing work. I called about 8 towing companies and got VM's and long wait times. Then I called Dallas Towing & Recovery and within 15-minutes they had a driver on the way to my property. The woman handling the matter in the office had exceptional customer service skills and very communicative. The driver came out and he was extremely careful as he checked and re-checked each step for safety. This was near maximum capacity for his 25-Ton winch because the truck was in a low spot and sunk in. But using 3 cables he was successful. In the end they charged me less than the estimate. Every towing company should use this feedback as part of their training module for their team members. Definitely, a 5-star company!

That alone says everything about how they handle their mistakes. This experience was beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. If a company damages your vehicle and then refuses to take responsibility or even cooperate, that's a huge red flag. I called multiple other companies and no one else was available quickly or at all (this was a Sunday night). I called his service - City Wide Towing - and immediately got ahold of Rick. Rick was polite, professional, and got to me in ten minutes. His tow rate the lowest of the couple options I had (and between the two, he was the only one free to meet me ASAP). I thought my car was needing to be towed (it had failed during the multiple attempts to jump it with jumper cables), so the only conclusion I could think of was a dead battery. When Rick arrived, I was in an upset and nervous state after being by myself on the side of the road, with night time approaching, and after having fumbled through other failed options. Rick was extremely reassuring and helpful - he was patient with me as I explained my situation, and he asked if he could attempt to jumpstart it himself. Voila!
