The owner was one of the first companies to respond and provide me with a quote. The quote was fair. It was not my least expensive quote, but it was not my most expensive quote either. What impressed me was his follow-up and ease to work with. He was flexible while a arranged the appointment with the repair shop and once that was done Mater's came and picked up the truck and got it to the repair facility. I think what I was most impressed about was that they showed up when the said they would. He gave me a 1 hour window of when the driver would arrive and they were there at the beginning of the one hour window. I would definitely trust them and recommend them if you are looking for a reliable company that says and does what they say the will do!

I tried dialing the company directly before I reached out to roadside assistance. The number I used was the number provided by roadside assistance, which matches the number on this page. Nobody picked up my call, and I got a message that the voice mail box was full and unable to accept any new messages. The roadside assistance agent said that she, too, had been sent to voicemail (in fact, she had tried four times) and she also was unable to leave a message because the inbox was full. The complete communication breakdown makes me very reluctant to ever deal with this company again.

Now on our second company complaint, multiple reviews left, calls made and hung up on every time by…read morethe owner. Stop using someone's home address as your business address. Mail continues to be sent to and it's now becoming a security concern. All we have asked this man to do is what's honest and right: REMOVE COUNTRY PLACE AS YOUR ADDRESS! How hard is it? When the home address is searched online all that appears is this towing company. It's shocking people continue to frequent this business paying as much as I've seen on other reviews when you can just call AAA or Good Sam's and have a membership to use 4 times a year for $40.00 and not be conned out of money. So this is now 5 months of requesting you do what's right and make the corrections necessary. To be an adult and hanging up on people is wild.
