Had damp basement and time crunch with pending mortgage closing. With 1-day's notice, owner Todd installed a commercial dehumidifier. The next day, when my sump pump failed, Todd returned and installed replacements. Todd listened to my concerns and repeatedly went out of his way to help me. He noticed things in the environment that needed a little fix here or there and he fixed them, not charging me extra. Todd took time to help me understand the issues in my basement so that I'm knowledgable about my home in the future. Todd charged a VERY fair price for his services and charged me nothing for repeated trips. I highly recommend All Dry Basement Solutions. Not really all that impressed. Larry sold me ocean front property in Arizona in the beginning, and I bought it for the smooth price of 50k. So, they surely have a hell of a salesmen as the end product was not at all what I expected nor was told. To preface, I bought a 175-year-old house with a stone foundation that was bowing. Larry told me I'd get two new foundation walls; it would take two weeks & I would get updates daily. I got one update from Mike 1.0, he seemed nice. Work stalled a lot in the beginning. Seems like they only worked every other day when I was told by the salesmen "once we start a job were there until it ends, we don't bounce guys around" whatever, things happen. Two weeks in when the job was supposed to be complete, I go to check on the progress, and my basement is completely flooded with 4-5 inches of standing water. Somebody had shut the sump drainage hose in the basement door pinching in likely while racing out on Friday. I text Mike 1.0 who informs me he hasn't even worked for the company in over a week. Lovely update! Mike 2.0 the new foremen was nice. Sucked he had to apologize profusely for the way the company's leadership is. I had requested several times for Todd to call me or meet with me to go over the issues. Still haven't heard from him. Four weeks later now the job is "done" & not at all what I was expecting. Poured walls halfway, House isn't even sitting on new "foundation" I was told I was getting. Was charged almost 2 grand for "basement clean out and debris removal" when the debris was tossed into my cistern and the basement is in the same state as it was before. Not sure what they cleaned out or removed (besides the already functional & existing sump pump and corresponding extension cords) Charged almost 5 grand for a sump pump that's duck taped together and leaking at the discharge directly back into the foundation. All in all, would not recommend. Office lady is kind whenever she answers. Company has a serious communication issue. Your foremen's need a raise for having to answer for the company's shortcomings, because the owner surely does not. read more

Overall, my experience with this company was very disappointing. After receiving an estimate for work in our basement and paying the deposit, it took nearly four months before the job was finally scheduled and completed. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get updates. When I was eventually given an installation date, I took time off work--only to have no one show up. Midway through the day, I called and was told the team had a change of plans and wouldn't be coming until the following day. We also needed some plumbing rerouted, which the installers attempted but were not able to do correctly. Their attempt resulted in water leaking into our basement and our furnace being drained of almost all its water. We ended up hiring our own plumber to fix the issues, costing us an additional $650. The company stated that the plumbing work would have cost extra anyway, so they didn't charge us for the work they "attempted" and provided a $100 discount--what they considered a reasonable accommodation. Based on this experience, I would not use or recommend this company. read more

Todd is amazing and super knowledgeable! We've been using his company since we bought our house and feel like we're in the best hands with All Dry. They've done a great job every time, and Todd and his employees are always happy to explain how things work, and offer helpful improvement suggestions to increase the longevity of our home and basement. Definitely the people to hire if you're looking for experienced service and fair pricing! They did a lot of work to our basement installing French drains and water proofing, and given the amount of rain we've gotten the last few years it's been bone dry since. The battery backup pump they installed gives me peace of mind, and works exactly as intended. When any parts on our sump have needed replacing, they've quickly come and completed the work under warranty. They're a small local business which I prefer to support, and a little patience goes a long way. In the wet seasons they naturally prioritize home emergencies over routine maintenance (as anyone reasonable should expect), but I've had no issues getting on their schedule for my annual service by just quickly popping over to their address. Todd will even take the time to personally come himself when scheduling is tight, and they're quick to communicate if running late. read more

They did exactly what they said they would do and in a timely manner and workers were very polite as well as well trained. My only question was why they didn't seal the floor with the sealant paint and I simply didn't quite understand the answer. read more

Having to go through water problems in a basement is stressful but I am so glad I went with this company. Every person I interacted with was competent and professional. Larry was my first point of contact and he was incredibly knowledgeable and contacted me regularly to check in. I had scheduled multiple quotes but Larry sold me instantly because of his knowledgeable and straightforward communication. Todd, the owner, was so kind and you can tell how thorough he is about the work he does. He took the time to explain things to me and even catch things outside their job scope to make me aware of. He was incredibly fair with the pricing of the job. Nick and Dave were the two I interacted with the most because they did a majority of the labor. They were the best. They were respectful and knowledgeable. They took a lot of time to keep me updated and offer guidance for the long term care of my home. Having them working in my home never felt inconvenient. Todd and company were wonderful to deal with. They always showed up on time and as scheduled. Although jackhammering a basement is terribly messy they did their best to keep the dust under control and they cleaned up when done. The quality of work was exceptional and the basement looks wonderful. The basement is dry!!! They were polite, courteous, and easy to work with. The cost was very reasonable for the work they did.
