Since MAC has the dumbest rules of course after leaving the location in Macys which was no help and the location in the mall and having everyone act so nonchalant and lazy as $hit I had one person at this location Shawn save the day. He waited on customer and did my daughter face all at the same time. He was being overworked, he missed his scheduled lunch break for me but he went above and beyond for me. I was startled but she apologized profusely and worked diligently to find another makeup artist for me.
