This is what happened to me: I had an extremely bad and painful reaction to the permanent lip blush with whatever Kristina used on my lips. My lips were swollen and blistered for over a month. She wouldn't let me have any partial refund which I asked for. She told me I needed to go to Rockville to see another permanent makeup lip person to "fix" the problem. Every time I tried to negotiate with her, she didn't want to come to any sort of solution. She claimed that none of it was her fault. She took no responsibility for her horrible work. Apart from that, when it all healed, the pigment was not aligned with my lips and the color only lasted a short time. There's no option to post pictures. I love my brows! Kristina was my technician and she is amazing! She is extremely thorough and super gentle. She walked me through each step and made sure I understood what was happening and that I agreed with the shape and color before she began during initial procedure. Before I got my brows done, my eyebrow hairs we're very light in color, sparse and barely existent. Immediately after the procedure, I could tell my brow hairs we're darker, more defined, perfectly shaped, but still look natural! The next day, everyone at work complimented me on my eyebrows and assumed I had just filled them in differently. They we're so shocked when they found out I had gotten them tattooed. I love that I have no longer have to fill in my eyebrows during my usual makeup routine, it helps me save a ton of time! I can't believe I was so hesitant at first, but I'm glad I finally decided to go through with the procedure as I can't stop staring at my eyebrows! Make sure that you do your research before you settle on such a permanent move. I chose to go with the microshading with Kristina and I have regrets. My right eyebrow is exactly what I was looking for with the arch and length. The right brow has a sharper arch and is shorter in length. When I got to my car I called her with the concern. She assured me that between 4-6 weeks she will "fix." I asked if there will be a fee and I was told not to worry because she will "fix" when they heal. I also sent her a picture and description of my concern the next day and was told the same thing that she told me the day before. When I reached out to her she was rude, extremely patronizing, and with an attitude offered to REMOVE the brows and NEVER mentioned fixing them. I do not recommend this company and I sincerely regret that I allowed this woman to mess with my face!!! read more

I was asked for a review of My experience with Kristina Greeting was fairly awkward and not completely comforting. I (american )believe when you are providing a service as intrusive, semi permanent and intimate as this you should have much better customer service and be able to engage with clients with the utmost care and patience. I walked in and felt certainly hurried. Immediately forced to show brow shape agree agree agree and Iie down. I scheduled my appointment for Christmas Day, as it was the only date available And present to myself. During the appointment, I was made to feel extremely rushed and told everyone eyebrows shape is different by Kristina ,irrelevant comments throughout service. Once I had a pause in service to voice my concerns I was informed by Kristina"maam I want to eat my Christmas dinner with my family too". This made me feel guilty and ultimately leary of the end result because she was needing to go since she let me know she also had a customer before me and now she is clearly rushing. This appointment was very serious to me and I was ultimately dissatisfied with the service. Understanding is a two way street. Also, when telling her one thing I wanted to be adjusted in regards to the shape of the eyebrow (which I will admit I said after I approved something I never ever experienced ). I was told "You don't trust me ma'am, we can stop now." Which was not my thoughts at all.She made no effort to make me feel comfortable or even offer to adjust the shape Which was only drawn on at this time it would've taken time to remove and re map.After I showed her what I wanted ultimately she blamed me for showing her too late telling her too late and claimed it was shown after the approved shape (not true) Basically it would have just taken more time to start All over again .She started promptly at 3 pm and service ended at 4:30 pm. Unfortunately for me not able to completely understand each other I wound up with "trending basic eye brows shape".Not my eyebrows shape. My opinion is this is a cosmetic service deficiency due to first cultural and secondly an inherent misunderstanding due to assimilation differences. Interactive customer protocol--can feel frustratingly inefficient--especially in a professional context with the demand and pressure to get business done. Some people find American-style small talk irrelevant and inefficient definitely not properly perceived as evident by often a lack of satisfaction in service. Please don't get me wrong I left 75% satisfied and 100% unheard. Bill Gates said your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning. Just my opinion. read more
