After showing me the results, she proceeded to put the color on my brows and let it sit for maybe 5 minutes. She showed me these results which I absolutely love! I've been driving up to an hour for lashes based on my friends' recommendations and didn't realize I had such a quality lash service right near me all along. I started out with getting my eyebrows micro bladed & also getting my eyelashes done. Coco has become very rude to me over the past visits. Actually upon entering I said Hello to her on my last visit and she just ignored me. Never responded. Never spoke a word to me my whole visit.Now mind you my visit was one hour. All her other customers that came in she spoke to them. Started a conversation with them. Even though they weren't there to see her. I feel like she is bias. I definitely don't recommend. Since she acted as though she didn't want me there. Let me spend my money elsewhere. Where I am not treated rudely. I want to feel appreciated.

Kechia seemed knowledgeable, personable, and professional, which made me feel confident about the process. The treatment was supposed to include two sessions: the initial procedure and a follow-up touch-up after six months. Unfortunately, I never received the follow-up appointment. I reached out to Kechia, and she assured me she would coordinate with my technician to complete the process. However, that was nearly a year ago, and I have not heard back from her since. I'm very disappointed with how things ended--despite the promising start, the lack of follow-through and communication has been frustrating.

I had some old cosmetic tattoo work done to my brows…read morethat was fading after a few years, and the pigment was starting to turn a red color that was distinguishable underneath my brown eyebrow hairs. Kechia recommended nanoblading to cover this previous work and I was happy to take her recommendation. Everyone always wants to know about the pain level. I have a number of regular body art tattoos and I do not think that cosmetic tattooing feels the same. The needle feels thinner and scratchier, almost like a cat is bored and lackadaisically scratching at your eyebrows. Luckily the numbing agent they use after the first pass made it so I didn't feel a thing. Overall, I think it's very tolerable, and the results are worth it. During my touch up appointment we ended up having to go a bit darker in terms of color because the pesky red from my old cosmetic tattoos was fighting to show through. Luckily the touch up did the trick and those suckers are finally covered! Hooray! I had several friends and coworkers who noticed something was different right away and asked what kind of makeup I was using to get my brows so perfect. ;) My new brows were worth every penny. I can't recommend Kechia and Brows & Co enough!

I flew in from California and I can truly say, this has become my favorite spot for lashes. The quality of the lashes is outstanding-lightweight, natural-looking and they are just stunning.
