Jose was my guy. He was great. He looked at the design that I wanted and when I told him I wanted it on my hand between thumb and pointer finger he let me know that with a lot of hand washing it would fade quicker. He helped me choose another suitable location on my lower arm and I was very pleased with that spot We chatted while he worked, and it barely hurt at all. I had not come prepared with cash because I forgot about it. They were very kind and we discussed if I could try to get cash back from the store up the street or use their ATM. Neither of those options worked and they very nicely allowed me to pay by credit card which they do not usually do. I told them they could charge me whatever extra fees there were associated with using a card and they said not to worry about it. Great experience. Highly recommend. When I come back again to visit I'll come see Jose to add to my piece.

The staff here (or at least the guy I was dealing with) aren't the friendliest bunch and aren't that accommodating. I was given a 20€ voucher for here for my birthday last year, and found that I couldn't actually buy anything with it as their cheapest piece of jewellery was 22€. I'd recommend you go elsewhere. You'll save money and feel appreciated.

The guy working was professional and really informative, and he let me know that the kind of piercing I had had in my ear was basically a novelty piece and was the reason my ear kept reacting badly to it. He said they had the right kind of barbell I needed. I bought the piece and he put it in for free. It also should be mentioned that they have weekly specials. Enya was so kind & accommodating. We tried different stencils in different placements & carefully narrowed down the design together. Kind - I was immediately put at ease in the shop. Enya, Francesca, (the artist with the station adjacent to Enya's) & all of the other folks in the studio were so welcoming & friendly. Funny - I was hooting & hollering quite a bit during the tattoo process. The time flew by. I felt like I made a few friends. Talented - It came as no surprise to me that Enya is a graduate of one of the top art schools in the country. She has an incredible imagination & wittingly executes her ideas on paper & on skin.
