I have received a call from Ms Stephanie who i thought was the best and also Trent who ever that is that my taxes would be investigated never received a call back from either of them than when I call they are never available and don't call me back so I still don't have a update on what happened with my taxes and was approved for the first loan when you go in with your check stubs but when I filed with my W2 I was denied smh my tax refund went from $6000 and something to $4210 but only received $2800 but no one can tell me where my money is . After a few months of waiting I contacted the irs, they had sent a letter to verify my identity but it got mailed the wrong address. I verified it and somehow It was still all screwed up. I have been calling Jackson Hewitt this whole time to get it resolved and nothing. I get hung up on no matter how polite I am. Now I'm told it will take another 9 weeks to process my return. Jackson Hewitt said the would refund my fees and get me the money for my refund. I have had Metabank calling me about the $200 refund advance which Jackson Hewitt said they would take care of and didn't. Never go to any of the Jackson Hewitt locations unless you like never getting your refund.
