I then needed my landscaping lights to work since they were not working when I bought the house. Paul came in, was able to determine the root cause within a matter of minutes. Ordered some parts and was back the following week. Now my home looks all nice and pretty at night. While he was here. I pointed out one of my ceiling fans that was newly installed a couple of months ago. It suddenly stopped working properly months went by and it wouldn't spin in multiple speeds. It will only stay in one slow speed. He took the ceiling fan apart and was able to find the problem. After some troubleshooting, he was able to figure out there was a bad neutral wire connection in another outlet that I didn't even realize wasn't working. Paul came out to help with some canned lights that were overheating/turning off and to replace 3 outdoor sockets. Another (larger) company told me I was going to need to replace all the canned lights with LED retrofits for thousands of dollars, but Paul told me all I needed to do was use LED bulbs and remove insulation so cans didn't overheat. THE BEST ELECTRICIAN!!! I tried to change batteries on the smoke detectors and ran into problems, started beeping; I called Mr Solis who had fixed some electrical switches before and was able to fix the problem, and found out the the wiring connection that communicates among the smoke detectors in all 3-floor were not connected, he fixed that and also took the time to label switch / breaker box. Paul was AMAZING!! I had fifteen years of wiring that had been stapled to the outside/exterior of my home - yes, it looked UGLY and I wanted it taken care of. He came out and in a matter of three visits (let me mention here that there were three visits because he was sick and had a medical need to rest), he took care of this issue as well as ran new power to a work shed, diagnosed a re-wire of a panel circuit, and showed my significant other how to install some exterior outlets and lights. I sent him photos so he could bid the work and the after photos are just fabulous. His pricing was very fair especially for all of the work that was in need of being done.I thought it may need to be done in stages but as I already mentioned, he did it in three visits over less than a week.
