I live in Torrance and drove an hour to get here, and I'm definitely planning to keep coming here. I'm happy to report it was totally worth the drive, and I'm totally planning to do it again (and again)! I asked the salon where I used to get lash extensions about getting a lash lift and the aesthetician told me it wouldn't do me much good since I don't have a lot of lashes. The salon is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking - I love not having to worry about parking! Kayli is super sweet and kind. The appointment took about 45ish minutes and voila! Kayli made my sparse eye lashes look the best they've ever looked! I'm so happy with the results. I'm writing this review two weeks after the appointment and the curl is still going strong. I just found my go-to lash lift tech! I've tried 3 others in the area and Betty's service takes the cake. She's the first lash tech that has walked me thru the different curl shapes depending on the rod selection and matches the curl to your unique eye shape and preferences. I specifically requested a more smooth curl profile to give my eyelids a bit of lift and she executed it perfectly. Next time, I want to try a different rod shape to get a little more impact from the front. During my appointment, Betty took such great care and clearly takes a lot of pride in her work. She uses keratin-enriched products from Korea, which I have found in the past to keep my lashes soft while the perm starts to fall throughout the weeks. 4/1/2024 I went to Betty during her April promo when looking for lash lift estheticians in my area and didn't want to go to L.A. I had gotten lash lifts once before but didn't like my experience. I'm happy to say that Betty uplifted my expectations and more. Her studio is clean and cozy, she plays soft music in the background that lulled me to sleep a few times during the process. Betty was informative, welcoming and very, very attentive throughout each step of the lash lift. She works quietly and is very gentle with your lashes and the immediate area around the eyes. Before and after the appointment, she is also very accommodating and sends pre-appointment instructions such as where to park, etc. as well as post-care tips. I set up the appointment through her instagram's dms (@lash_and_ink_co) and then through text message after. Her promo for April was $50 for lash lift + tint, with a deposit of $10, and at appointment $40. I even included tip because of how much I loved my lashes. She even put an eyelash essence/serum on after the lift for you. 10/10 would definitely go again. (My left eye did turn red because I put my contacts right in after the lash lift when I should have waited so it was in no part Betty's fault.
