Never had my lashes done before in my life. I came here because I saw the reviews were good. Was happy at first then I got a refill 4 weeks later. By Lucy her name was. The next morning my left eye burned and was very red. I went in to have them look at it and the lady kept telling me she couldn't see anything and that I must have rubbed my eye too much. I told her I do not rub my eyes and this had to be glue or something that happened during my refill. I told her please take them off. They took no accountability. I told them it was for my birthday. This place is so relaxing and clean. I was a nervous first time customer. My eyes are very sensitive and flutter a LOT, so I admit I was not completely at ease. It was of no fault to the business. Immediately, upon entering there is an inviting wait area with a lovely display of products. They play soft instrumental music which is so comforting. There you can see a full menu of services with visual aids for their lash extension services. My technician was gentle and patient. I could feel my eyelashes flutter but she worked quietly with me and didn't make me feel bad about it. At the end of the service, I wasn't sure how I felt about my lift and tint. I never write reviews but unfortunately this was not a good lash experience. I've gotten them done before at other places but I've never felt more uncomfortable with the environment. I ended up with a scratched & bruised sclera that is very painful 24 hrs later. The tech used a qtip to wipe and did it very hard where it hurt. While on the table the staff would talk very loudly across and over me. Their professionalism was just not there. The entire time the ladies kept talking about me in a different language directly in front of me after a miscommunication with my lash style and when I asked them what they were saying they just ignored me. Just got a lash lift and tint -- please save your money and go somewhere else. I've had lash lifts and extensions frequently, and yes, a lift can definitely be messed up. Don't fall for the $20 new-customer discount, you'll just end up paying for a new one somewhere else anyway. The tint is still on my eyelid, and it seems like they're using new customers as guinea pigs for their new techs to practice on.
