Unfortunately, after multiple experiences at Miss Kawaii Lashes, I feel like I need to share my experience. I had my lashes done there several times, and every single time I ended up having to go back to have them fixed. My most recent experience was by far the worst. The lashes were extremely uncomfortable, actually painful, and were falling out in chunks. I ended up spending approximately six hours over two days going back and trying to get them corrected. At that point, I decided to go somewhere else. I went to another lash studio, and the difference was incredible. It was a little more expensive, but the experience and quality were absolutely worth it. I understand that things can happen, and I gave Miss Kawaii multiple opportunities to make things right. Unfortunately, after repeatedly having the same issue, I can't recommend the service based on my personal experience. Zero stars from me.

7/28/26 Touch up day…read more As the funny cartoon illustrated...my brow color mostly fell off by the return date. Deborah already informed me the initial session was to see how the color would take since I had laser removal done prior. Most of the work would be done in this touch up session. It was nice to see Chloe and meet Grace (translator). She took a look at my brows, started the numbing process, and drew some design lines prior to start. This session took well about 2+ hours and some change. Chloe was extremely detailed in making sure everything looked great. My right brow was the one that had less old ink post laser removal so she made this side a bit dark so both sides would match when it fades and heals with time. She kept the thicker brows that I wanted with a softer arch. Poor Chloe's hands were getting all cramped up after my session. I appreciated her hard work in making beautiful brows for me. Grace informed me of the after care instructions and said she probably won't see me back for a couple of years. Of course, it all depends on individual and if I feel like I need a touch up earlier than later. She even gave me a Korean sandwich for lunch in case I didn't have time to get lunch. So sweet and kind. I really love Chloe. She is an artist with a kind heart and superior expertise! Thank you for making my brows beautiful again

She makes sure that you are 100% happy with the results and is very professional. She measured my eyebrows to make sure they were even and was satisfied with the shape before starting. She also chooses a good color that fits you. I was going for a natural color that isn't too dark and was pleased with the shade of brown chosen! She always made sure I was feeling okay in terms of potential pain or discomfort as well as the temperature of the room. I tend to run hot, so I really appreciated that she asked me and turned on the A/C during the procedure. My skin is very oily so it had an issue with color retention. I had to get a re-touch within a month for best results and when some areas faded a bit after a few weeks, Chloe was very kind and offered to do another re-touch for free. I was very impressed by the customer service, professionalism, and how flexible she was! If you're looking for a place to get your eyebrows done, this is the place! Chloe will take care of you and the person who helps translate for her is also very sweet and helpful! You will be in good hands here. (By the way, I took this picture of myself one day after my re-touch session, so that's why it may look more intense. Usually the result looks a bit more natural and less pigmented than this.)

This is my third time with another woman. Hopefully all goes well. They are quite friendly but the incense is incredibly strong and sometimes the older woman doesn't know how to work the credit card machine.

The salon is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking - I love not having to worry about parking! Kayli is super sweet and kind. The appointment took about 45ish minutes and voila! Kayli made my sparse eye lashes look the best they've ever looked! I'm so happy with the results. I'm writing this review two weeks after the appointment and the curl is still going strong. Instead of answering my question directly, I kept receiving responses that the deposit "goes toward your appointment," which didn't make sense because the appointment had already been paid for through Groupon. I had to ask the same question multiple times and never received a clear explanation. What really surprised me was after I called her out. She made it sound like I did something wrong by purchasing the Groupon. She said I should have contacted the salon before purchasing the Groupon because they would have honored the Groupon price directly with them. (See my screenshots) I don't understand why a business would advertise on Groupon and then make customers feel like they made a mistake. Requiring a deposit is no problem. Many businesses do that. The problem was the bad communication and the way they make customers feel like we had done something wrong for following the advertised booking process. Ridiculous. I ultimately decided not to book because it doesn't give me confidence in this business. My loss. I told her I would be sharing screenshots on social media. So here it is. I may consider deleting it if they apologize but I doubt they will. The person sounds angry from these text messages.
