The one guy didn't spray enough then the second guy sprayed too much then they had to have the senior guy come out and fix it all. But in the end it came out beautiful. Sales guy came out and I asked tons of questions to make sure I would get what I was looking for…read moreand I let him know I can't do mornings as well set up an 11 pm time but supposedly I have dementia and that's a lie called the office around 11 10 to see if the person was coming the lady said she would check and call me back she did and let me know the person was going to be here between 12 30 and 1 later got a message from the girl that she said it would be after one but never answered me back with an exact time she got here at 1 30 said she would be back next day to do the rest between 9 and 10 I had already told the sales guy and the lady at the office she needed to be on time and I had already explained before the deposit I dont do mornings to make a long story short the owner basically called me and blamed me for all the mistakes on the time and that I disrespected all her staff which was a lie I disrespected the sales person that lied to my face told him he was a liar and I disrespected her because u call a customer and blame them for all the stuff I was told would happen and didn't then to protect myself from more lies I said I wanted the warranty in writing or email so there would be no issues on that later since I had proceeded to read reviews after my problems and noticed before have issues with the work she said she would give me one after I paid that's not how it works and I let her know that she told me to stop arguing and I said im asking for the warranty im suppose to have that's not asking for something off the wall that is to be provided especially since I was told the work came with one and again I didn't want issues where they lied later if I had issues and they could say that was not part of the deal I afterwards posted a google review so hopefully people can see and maybe pick a diffrent company that has better customer service dont lie about arrival times and by the way after posing my review they charged my card the full amount without my authority and with the job unfinished and now dont respond so no I had to spend hours on the phone with my bank to file a dispute

He re-caulked some of the needed areas around the tub as well as getting it looking back to new condition. Oscar let me know that a suction bathtub mat could bring about tub peeling. They have completed an unsatisfactory job, taken/stolen my money, acknowledge that the job was not done well, over promised and undelivered, said they would come back to fix the unsatisfactory job and....crickets. Sam Tasker and Trevor Templin have failed to respond, failed to refund my money, and have failed at repairing the unsatisfactory job at my home. I had received one of their flyers in the mail and scheduled the necessary work at my home. Do yourself a favor and throw it away. Save yourself the headache and heartache from dealing with them and their unacceptable business practices. My doors were returned uneven, there's large gaps from install, there are cracks, corners are chipped, and the locking mechanism doesn't work. Rest assured that I have voiced complaints and they've falsely promised resolution only for them to keep my money and leave me with doors that were poorly done and incomplete. If you want it done right, go somewhere else.

I had asked if it would be possible to have my doors back on before Thanksgiving. Knowing that he and his team had other jobs to work on, Sam and his team made it possible, which I am really greatful for them pushing my order/job through. They were able to strip the old color, which was cherrywood, and had it painted white. My doors look amazing and brand new, which also saved me a lot of money from buying new doors. They were courteous, professional, and skilled in the work they performed. I had tile in the kitchen cleaned and color sealed, and four tiles replaced. I planned to only do the kitchen and foyer, but after seeing how nice it looked I had the rest of tiled areas done too! - the bathrooms. Now my floors look brand throughout my house. They also re caulked my shower removed layers of old caulk that had become bulky and dirty. Now it's nice, neat and clean! Thanks Larry, Nash, and Renzo!

The before photos were taken at night under warm light and the after photos were taken during the day. I'm so happy with how it turned out. Colorseal was worth the extra cost. Just a tip, when getting a quote make sure to point out all areas you need repaired. Repair costs are separate. The job was recently done and I can't yet tell about the longevity of the treatment. I will update my review after six months or so.
