Then one day they screamed at me to never come back, shouting in front of other customers, "We never want see you again!!!" I had brought in six 1-gallon bottles with three different types of lids, and to me it isn't obvious which lid goes with which bottle so I offered (kindly, with a smile) to put the lids on my bottles as each bottle was handed back to me. I don't understand what was wrong with that but they screamed at me, kicked me out of their store and banned me. I cried in my car in the parking lot and felt crappy the rest of the day.

The price was affordable and the taste of the water is good. The parking is good, not too tedious to go in or out of. The place itself is cute. They also give you new sterilized lids everytime you fill up your jugs which is great. This place does run out of water sometimes because it's busy. Lots of people come here. I've never came and it's been dead. Always a line because the water is crisp. Only thing is, one of the workers takes forever! She loves to talk to the customers which is great but when there is a line, it's nice to see the priority to get customers filled up and out of there but she tends to stand and talk and chit chat forever even if there is a line of customers. Just for comparison purposes, a water store in the South Bay sells alkaline water = $2 per gallon. Lucky for us, Waterfount is just down the street from us! They are open till 7 PM so we can always swing by after work on a weekday when we are running low on water, which is perfect. I am one of those people who have the special skill of tasting particular water, and believe me, the water here is fresh and great-tasting! They have different types of water but we just get the filtered one with reverse osmosis and it always tastes great. They are a family-owned business and provide the best service around. The location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking in the plaza. I usually go into the store to refill my water, but they also have self-serve fountains outside open all hours 24/7. We bring our own gallon bottles, and they always power wash it for you there before they fill up it up for you. They have carts here to wheel the gallons to the car in case you need it, but I always have my trusty fiancé with me most of the time, so he carries it, and I just support where I am needed, haha! Prices here are minimally higher than others in the area (only by $0.50) but the water quality here has been great so I don't mind. The water from the first water shop I went to often had a moldy smell and taste to it and they weren't as clean. So I found a better shop in Altadena that I frequented for years and never had that issue so I was hopeful to find another excellent and clean water source - so far I haven't had any of those issues here at Waterfount. The water always smells and tastes great! They're located in the plaza with Grocery Outlet so there's plenty of parking. They have a couple of large carts for you to wheel the jugs to your car too which is helpful.
