I personally prefer the location in La Puente better. This place feels very rushed and there's hardly any close parking. The staff usually isn't as friendly as other location however they do have really good prices and they do clean your water jugs, which is convenient however, I hate having to feel rushed putting my gallons of water in my car as the parking security guard threatens to impound my car. read more

This place is a rip off and have no sense of customer service. I've been coming here for over 6 months getting my almost 3 liter (less than 3 liter) bottle filled up twice a day, every day. They charge $2 a gallon. I went to another place and filled up the same bottle and they only charged me $1, they said it's not a whole gallon it's a barely over half. I discussed this with the lady today (owner) and said if she could charge me $1.50 i wasn't even asking for half, in the nicest way possible letting her know it would just make me feel better. And she said no.... It's the fact that she knows who i am that i came here every day twice a day. knowing that she's been over charging me the whole time and when asked to correct her mistake she wouldn't even compromise. I have been coming to Wateria for a couple of months now and they really are the premier water service. They are full-service and wash your gallons and even provide you with a new cap every time. $2.50 for 5 gallons of high-quality water is a tremendous deal. They also offer their Alkaline water for $2.00 a gallon. It's expensive but it sure is worth it if you want to splurge! They also sell ice cream, drinks, and oddly enough they sell loose leaf tea and teacups. If you are looking for a place to get the best quality of water then Wateria is where you want to go. read more

I had a terrible experience here I confused this location with another but the event was factual. I used to to this location regularly but I always got weird vibes from the Spanish speaking man and the last time I was there even though I tipped he did not bother to clean my small bottle. Wasn't entirely sure of how the process went, but the gentleman in the store was super helpful, cleaned out my two bottles and capped them for only $5 total. Chinese lady in the front is rude and sells water jugs that constantly crack at the bottom. My jug cracked multiple times with in weeks and I purchased multiple jugs. The minute I told her that they cracked she started call me a liar and that I was wrong. She was saying I "think" you cracked it purposely. Good filtered water. They wash the containers for you and ensure that everything is sanitized. It's $2.50 to fill up a 5 gallon container. They also sell lots of stuff related to water. Was excited about finding this place. On my second visit I decided to fill one of my 5 gal bottles with the Alkaline wate (cost $10 to fill). The clerk said that it had a ph of 9. I thought it was great since my husband suffers from acid reflux. When I got home I used a ph water strip on all the bottles and they were all the same, ph if bearly 7, includind the $10 Alkaline 5 gallon bottle. I was so upset, they are misleading and ripping people off with their so called Alkaline water, when it's no different than their so called filtered tap. I will not be going back to this place. read more
