I spoke with my Sales Manager and I have been informed that, Yes we do have insurance on some items but it only applies to "LOSS" or "DAMAGED" items. "DAMAGED" meaning broke/cracked during (USPS) transit. "LOSS" meaning the item got lost; has no movement during (USPS) transit.   And, unfortunately once the shipping service (USPS) states that your item has been labeled "DELIVERED" to it 's shipping address; insurance can no longer apply.   I am sorry for any inconveniences. I really tried everything possible to do more. I strongly suggest you contact a supervisor at your local post office, maybe they can do something more. Thank you very much for your time and business". With that being said you have lost a long time repeat and loyal customer. The fact this company refused to do anything at all to help rectify this is appalling, disgusting, insulting, and messed up.
