I have been getting my drinking water from here for years. Recently I had help with filling my water bottles from a friend ( they went somewhere else to get water refills, I won't say where). I never thought you could taste the difference in water, but the water they brought me had me thinking it was my water bottle. I not only washed my bottle (which I normally do) the water still did not tast right. I even used a new water bottle, thinking it was that. I couldn't wait to come back and get my water here once the 5 gallon was finished! This is the only place I will come to get my refills! I also only like coming during the hours they are open to fill my bottles even though they have water dispenser outside when they are closed. They are friendly and welcoming, facility is clean. read more

RO Water is my only go to spot for the best water period. I lived in West Covina for over 14 years and have since moved to the Pasadena area and I still drive out to RO for my water. I've tried different water from various spots closer to home but they're just nasty in my own option. I'm ruined! Lol. Plus, it's nice knowing that Pedro (Owner) stays on top of switching out his filters on a regular basis. Speaking of Pedro, he is a friendly, hardworking and helpful gentleman. This review is way overdue. I live in Walnut, one day during the pandemic I was going to get some water down the street from my house. Well my local store was close so I decided to run my errand. Came across this wonderful water store after my visit to Leslie Pool Supply. Let me tell you, when people say water is water, it's not true. This place has water that taste cleaner and better. Even my sister was asking why I travel so far to get water and I gave her a test and now she agrees that this water is much better tasting. I've been going here for almost two years and I'm willing to travel the extra miles for quality water. This place is a must try if you're picky with your water. have problem with my water softener for 3 months . Decided to have someone come over to fix my Water Softener. I used to be alarm security technician so right away if I know someone they truly work hard or pretending to act like they working but behind the back all they want to do is get a quick buck. I forgot the guy name but he very helpful and wiling to do all Troubleshooting and give every single advised that I can get . What can I say but the BEST water! I had a guy come to my home to offer me a water system for our home. He saw we had a bottled water. He wanted to test the faucet water & the bottle water. The gentleman was telling me that the water we buy isn't filtered to good. Well, the faucet water needed a lot to be desired. Our water that we buy from Ro passed with flying colors! The man was shocked. All that being said, it's the best. I love the taste of the water. The best part Pedro is a awesome person! I'm disabled & suffer with pain. Pedro is the owner. Awesome guy. Great prices. We bought a ceramic water dispenser, stand, and two brand-new 5 gallon bottles. All for $60. The local surrounding competitors pricing was more.
