That guy, Matt, and the later handyman were friendly and efficient. Then another few weeks till they came out. I got the disposal and they installed it, plus added a plug under the sink and fixed the wall switch. Took an hour or so. This is the only handyman our dogs haven't barked at when they got here, and never did. He said he has dogs, but sometimes ours go nuts no matter what, on just hearing or smelling a stranger. The roof took maybe half an hour. Again, professional and efficient. Prices seem a little high to me, but it's been awhile since I hired anyone so this may be the new normal. And I used to be able to do some of this stuff but can't now, so, I have to pay someone sometimes. Worth it to have it taken care of.

Mike promptly offered a reasonably-priced bid, had a crew out within days, checked in with me everyday to make sure I was OK with the work that was being done, and promptly resolved any issues that I identified. His foreman, John, and his crew were courteous, hard working and highly skilled. They showed up on time and got the job done right the first time. As a former business owner and a current business professor, I have a pretty good grasp of what professionalism looks like, and J&M epitomizes it.
