I ordered 2 hoodies, size Med, and they fit, look, and feel great! I just ordered 3 days ago, and already received my order. The communication of my order was great, they even sent an email asking me to double check my order for any any errors they would help try to fix. Apparently if something is out of stock (which is entirely their fault) they only refund you about half of what you paid. Then they were having a big sale so I bought a ton of stuff. I'm trying to get some compensation for the missing items but they won't give refunds of course only store credit. I won't order from them again.

Parking lot is large and easy to access. Staff is generally friendly and helpful... if you can find them. There is not always someone at the register and the method they have of checking people out seems purposely designed to be the most inefficient and awkward setup possible. Not the staff's fault, but can management consider a re-design of the check-out area? Overall decent store and I love that it supports the veterans. They always ask if I want to round up my purchase as a donation and yes, I do. Great cause and good treasure hunting spot.
