I have been watching this brand and eyeing the HOPE line. They had a buy 1, get 1 free sale, so I finally decided to order. I am VERY pleased! I ordered 2 hoodies, size Med, and they fit, look, and feel great! I just ordered 3 days ago, and already received my order. The communication of my order was great, they even sent an email asking me to double check my order for any any errors they would help try to fix. The product I received is made in Pakistan - thank goodness not China. The company was in Ventura (my home town), so I pleased supporting them. I hope to order again soon! read more

I've ordered a few things in the past that have been cute & decent quality. However my last 2 orders were a disaster, & not a beautiful one! Apparently if something is out of stock (which is entirely their fault) they only refund you about half of what you paid. Then they were having a big sale so I bought a ton of stuff. Not only was everything I bought terrible quality (I can't believe it ever cost more than $10 a piece), but half of my order wasn't even in the bag! I'm trying to get some compensation for the missing items but they won't give refunds of course only store credit. I won't order from them again. read more

It's like they ignore the orders that come in through this app. I even tried to cancel it because it wasn't going to arrive for the event I was going to wear it at. I absolutely love their brand. Unfortunately each pair of leggings I order is different in size, sometimes they fit and sometimes I have to size up and I never know until I get them. I feel all their shirts run small/short. And the last couple years I have noticed my leggings get holes in them after just a few washes. Super disappointing because I love the styles of the clothing and they are expensive. I would expect better quality for how much a pair of leggings cost. read more

I want to start off by saying that BD is an amazing company for so so many different reasons! I hand been a loyal costumer for at least 6yrs not if not 7 and I hand had nothing but posative experiences not only with the clothing itself but the customer service, the employees, the owners, and the tribe they created which had boring so many of us like minded ladies tougher. The clothing had always been amazing quality with the most perfect collections, sayings, & quotes! I kid you not BD is quiet literally ALL I wear when not working and have free time! I can say throughout these 6-7yrs they have continuously come out with new/diff collections that have resonated w/me at different moments and circumstances I have gone through in this time! The customer service is so far above ANY other company I have EVER dealt with, not just clothing but any company AT ALL!! They are so dedicated to making sure that the customer above all is happy with their purchase EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Even if it's nothing that they did or was their fault they will make sure to find a resolution to your problem that makes you happy, and on the VERY RARE occasions they make a mistake they immediately take responsibility for the mistake, then they go above & beyond to correct this mistake for example a key chain printing was not up to their standards and without anyone even having to say a word they reached out to us informing us that they would be sending replacements to correct the problem 100%on them when they truly didn't even have to say a thing or do that, but they chose to because their customers.... their tribe is their to priority! I have had to call costumer service a few times for my mistake (ordering wrong size etc.) & they personally answered the phone and immediately helped fix the mistake. I say all of that to say this... idk and have NEVER dealt with another company who has such impeccable, kind, and timely customer service! Throughout the years I've gotten to know the owner and many of the ladies who work in the warehouse personally and know they by name as they do me. What other company takes the time to go live and interact with and talk to their customers the way that they do at BD?! They are more than a Clothing brand but they are a community of also women who I an proud to be a part of! I have made so many amazing friends through this company and tribe they created who otherwise I would have never met and I am incredibly thankful for so of these ladies! They are constantly giving back to the community, and tribe in so many different amazing ways each year and I an honored to be a part of this! There are so many women who find/come to this company in the beginning so totally lost, broken, and feeling like the only one going through these life changing events to now belong to a group of women who encourage, love, and lift one another up making you feel heard, seen, & valid in your thoughts and feelings! There is nothing like this that I've ever seen before! Lastly I want to take this opportunity to thank BD's owner Cristina for making me feel heard, seen, & appreciated when I was having a very dark time in my life here recently. She took the time out of her day to send me a hand written card letting me know that I was valued and loved at this came at the perfect moment! I mean seriously... who can honestly think of another company why genuinely cares about their people this way?! They hand 100s of thousands of customers/tribe members.... yet she took the time to reach out to one! That's truly something worth supporting IMO! I am and will forever be a loyal BD tribe member! And if for some crazy reason you haven't yet tried Beautiful Disaster yet.... what are you waiting on?! The clothing lines/ collections are sick and the company itself is amazing!! I mean... they even ask us what we want to see more of, or what types of things we would like....& they actually follow through and make these ideas a reality! Extremely disappointed in their customer service. First I didn't receive my package thankfully I paid for the insurance. They then send me a new package. Know this is the mystery boxes. 2 items in this package was damaged . They sent me replacements problem was it was same sweater I already received. The mystery box comes with 2 different hoodies. So when I presented this to them first they offered to take back requested pics and everything. Then after several emails me requesting a phone call several times. Never once received a call. They decide that they will not replace my item and give me a 25 dollar credit. I don't think anything on their page is even under 25. The average hoodie is 60 dollars reason I wanted mystery box I was getting two for a deal. Sadly they made a perfectly imperfected situation now. 5 plus years I've been buying from them I have over 3000 dollars in their clothing line. I will no longer promote their line. They said they strive to please their customers. Well I say no they don't. This honestly is sad for I truly supported their line and cause and now they can not have my support no more. I received my order today and was super excited the leggings fit great i ordered a size up unfortunately the material is thin and if I bend over you can see everything. They will now be used for in the house only was hoping to wear them on our Vegas trip. The shirt I ordered was awesome I am usually in between a 2x and an xL so I ordered an xL I probably could have ordered a lage the spaghetti strap shirts run a size larger. read more

I went in the store on Friday and to be completely honest, i probably wouldn't have gone in the store if I didn't have the extra ten minutes after lunch, but Starbucks was quick and didn't have a 20-minute line so I went in...and, well, the story gets better. I was greeted by the store manager, Erica (I think) and I gave the typical "oh, I'm just killing time" and went about the short browsing...or so I thought. Long story short...sort of...Erica found me the coolest Handsome Devil tee and hat. I'm not really into anything with writing or names on it, but they were too cool to pass up. I went to pay and ended up having the greatest conversation Erica. She explained how Beautiful Disaster got started and what they do and how they view clothes and style and I get it- this is how they are able to have such a PHENOMENAL store (small, but right for the brand and location) but keep the culture, crowd and message clear. Erica showed me the women's clothes also, so I snatched up some cool threads for my girl. They have some cool tanks and yoga pants for girls, so once my girlfriend finally texted me back that she liked the clothes, a cool surprise was waiting. She actually went to the store today and that's what brought me to Yelp to tell the world why everyone should get downtown and check out the awesome local brand and support the small business environment in our area. Really, though, I value these kinds of experiences and I hope that others can go into Beautiful Disaster to be reminded what great service and brand feels/looks like. read more

Loooove this boutique! So addicting! The clothes are made to actually hug the curves of a woman so ur T's fit super cute & tanks like a glove..the cotton is surprisingly soft and their stuff is surprisingly reasonable. & they have like new stuff arriving every week. I am used to doing all my shopping online, which is where I first purchased Beautiful Disaster clothing. I was hesitant on a few items bcuz buying online you never know how clothes will fit until you get them. I decided to spend a Sunday driving out to the boutique that way I could try on everything. Now I don't have the best sense of direction so when I read that the boutique is located in ventura, I figured an hour drive tops.....so wrong!! It took me an hour and 45min to get there lol anyhow, when I got there I was greeted and felt very welcomed. I even joked about how I had no clue ventura was that far and I was offered a discount for my troubles lol which was super nice. I tried on a few things and the woman was very helpful, she knew exactly what sizes would fit me. I liked everything I tried on so I bought 3 tops and a hat. While I paid, I was offered a free decal (which I am Def putting on my car) and she gave me her business card to call her if I have questions about any merchandise.
