I went to the store two days ago to purchase sneakers, and they were too big on me. I went back to the store and tried on a different size, and then those again, and kept repeating to see which size was more comfortable. I bought the shoes up to the register and she pushes passed my boyfriend to get shoe cleaner. Apparently there was a red mark on the bottom of the shoe and she said she needed to clean them because they were clearly worn. I told her I did not wear them. Maybe the bottoms got dirty from me trying them on in the store, but I didn't even wear them because they would've gave me blisters because they were too big. Then she told me they were definitely worn and I told her maybe it was from the people before me or from the floor at the store, she continued argue with me and was nasty. I have no had two incidents with this woman who works there. Her name is Stephanie. She should not be working with the public. I very rarely complain about someone but she is nasty every time I go in there and I sometimes still go in if the other nice woman isn't there working. the funny thing is when I first bought the sneakers. I told the other lady I was so glad she was there because the other lady is always nasty well lo and behold here she was being nasty again when I went back to exchange.

Once I finally found one to ask where the cross-trainers were, of course they were in one of the aisles labeled "womens running". I also poked around womens apparel but even the clearance prices were pretty high. So overall, if you need something that you can get elsewhere, I would recommend doing so.
