He apologized for her behavior after she walked away. I still made a purchase because I was gift shopping and honestly the $10 discount wasn't a factor influencing my purchase, but it WAS a nice promotion for Rally House to offer to a frequent shopper. I will not return to this store due to her insulting behavior. There are plenty of other options in the area. Hope some other folks who try to use this promotion are more successful than I was.

Being a huge Eagle fan, I wanted to upgrade my wardrobe with some new gear, since the Super Bowl victory. A friend told me about Rally House. So, I had some time and went to your store in Brinton Lake. As I entered your store, I said WOW! Most amazing Philly gear of any sporting goods store I had ever seen. It really blew me away. Thinking I was going to get swamped by all the fantastic items, one of your super staff members approached me and offered to show me around. She was very nice and provided superior customer service. Therefore I purchased a Super Bowl auto license bracket, a magnetic Eagle decal for my car, 4 Super Bowl tee shirts, one Eagles visor, and one lanyard. See pictures attached. I purchased a beautiful men's full zip jacket, a women's wool blend sweater, and a Patagonia hiking shirt that was 50% off. The young man who rang me up was incredibly nice and very chatty. So much so that he accidentally rang up my purchases at full price. When he realized this, he rang me up again, saying, "Don't worry, you won't be charged twice." Long story short, when I went through my bank statement a week later, I'd been charged twice. I went in today with my statement and the clothing and Kyle was INCREDIBLE. Apologetic, helpful, reassuring, saying he'd "take care of it and contact" me tomorrow. THIS IS WHY we love smaller businesses. They are HUMAN and although like all of us, sometimes make errors, they rectified it immediately. And now I will never go back to REI unless Trail Creek simply doesn't carry what I'm looking for. #customers for life.

I started a fitting room with probably $600 worth of clothes. My daughter said she had to use the potty (again, she is 4) and I asked an employee if I could use their bathroom. The employee looked at us and dismissively said "we don't have public restrooms" and then said "you could try Fresh Market" (grocery store that is opposite side of the shopping center). This employee could see my daughter was uncomfortable so I left without another word. To any mom who has a rare window to shop, you know how difficult it is to do so with little kids in tow. Have YOU ever told a 4 year old to 'hold it' while you walk for 7 minutes to another store that *might* have a public restroom in the freezing cold?! I understand stores have a no public bathroom for a reason, I worked for 5 years in retail. However in my situation I would hope Lululemon would have the wherewithal to train their staff to recognize a stressful situation and make a small exception. If you can expect hardworking moms to pay $150 for a pair of pants, but not even grant them an exception to use your restroom, shame on you. I left the store so disappointed and embarrassed and I am prepared to never, EVER give Lululemon another penny which is a shame, because today they lost out on a sale from a loyal customer today. I let this slide since I only go once or twice a year. But since I am going on a three day ski trip this year I figured I owed it to my feet to get some work done on my boots. Even after many years the staff at Ski Bum still punched out my boots for me free of charge because all of their boots are sold with a fit guarantee! (You definitely won't get this type of service if you shop online for boots!) They do not work on your boots straight away so bring them in a week before your next ski trip.
