They are a co-op so you pay $30 for your membership and collect points on your purchases. I am here as we are headed to a few national parks for vacation and needed some hiking gear. The employee was looking at me like I had stolen the items. I again told her about how I received them from a giveaway, and she told me that without a receipt or an email of the person, she could not help me.
