I left very disappointed with my in person shopping experience. I actually really like athleta leggings and decided to stop by in person and I felt very discriminated against by this older white lady. I'm a Latina woman and the way she looked at me made me feel so unwanted or as if I was out of place. She kept following me around and looking at me up and down. Very disappointing. read more

Athleta is one of my favorite stores, not because they have great workout gear, but because their clothes are so versatile. They single handily have mastered the workout clothing line in an affordable way with quality, but my favorite- "travel professionally but comfortably" look. If you fly longer than 2 hours on a plane - definitely try their "Headlands hybrid cargo" pants- professional but awesomely comfortable. The store here is fantastic- everything is always in its place- so love their dressing rooms and heavy curtains- feels very private. Athleta is a ok in athletic ware. I was always surprised to see them open up so close to Lulu lemon. But their attire is somewhat diferente and they sustainability efforts are commendable they community reach is great too still not sure if I'm a fan of Theo actual clothes yet. . read more

I always thought of Athleta as overpriced athletic apparel for women and didn't pay it much mind, until I decided to take a look in the store on Black Friday. Man, I was impressed. I liked so many items in the store, and the staff was amazingly helpful, especially for such a busy retail day. I was helped in the dressing room by Kerry and Janelle (I believe those were their names!), and they looked online for an out-of-stock color I wanted and fetched me different sizes. I really had a great experience here, and I hate shopping anymore. This store in particular is very involved with the community, and I love that. They had chair massages from a local spa and a salesperson from the tea store downstairs offering samples. They also had cookies and drinks from Trader Joe's out for people to enjoy complimentary. The only bad thing is it seems the items I like are all very popular, because they run out of my size in a LOT of things. But I guess that's good for my pocketbook. I felt like I was treated like a very important customer despite not being a big spender and only buying one tank. I will keep coming back here. read more

The dressing rooms are closed due to covid-19 and no more than 5 customers are allowed in the store at a time which means there is a line to get into the store. As such, if you try on things at home and want to return them, you have to wait in line again. There should be an employee handling returns outside the store. Absent that, you are better off ordering online and skipping the store. At least you won't have to wait in line twice. read more

I really like Athleta. The clothes are pretty stylish for activewear and are, of course, extremely comfortable. My favorite items include anything in the Powervita fabric. I also find this store to be very organized and the clothes are arranged in a way that makes them look very enticing. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well and the dressing rooms are well-maintained. read more
