I could not lift my left arm only half way . My Rhumatologist suggested Physiotherapy. For 2 months Shirin worked hard with me ,showing me different exercises, and had lazer therapy. She is amazing and very professional friendly lady. She helped me so much I am able to lift my arm now very high and rotate it to the back. I could not do this before because of the pain I felt. I had tried 2 Cortisone injections before ,ultrasound guided at a hospital, but did not help me at all .
