One of the owners has a giant white board that he updates I believe every week with a suggested work out schedule. I have yet to try it out as I have my own work out regiment, but I thought that was pretty cool! It had 4 different room, a front weight room with weight machines, a giant free weight room, a class room, and then a cardio room. It also has tanning, a sauna, and two very nice showers. I also love that you have the option of 24 hour access for a very small fee. Another great bonus, you're not locked into a contract. You can end any time you would like which is awesome (Not that I plan on leaving anytime soon.) If you are looking for a gym that isn't too crowded, with friendly staff and at a great price. They are usually "nice", but they make excuses for their lack of reliability and they have difficulty answering questions regarding membership fees and cancellations of their program. They are never looking to do the right thing even if it simply means doing what they can to refund your $10 for the month that they can't explain a charge for. I finally asked them to remove my credit card information and they terminated my account. So if you do not live locally, do not join. Cancelling is a nightmare.
