I go mornings when Kym is there, and she's a sweetheart. Yes, some of the equipment is dated, but usually functional. If you expect a lot of bells and whistles, you'll be disappointed, but if you just want to work out (except aerobics) it's fine. One thing I noted with the 1 star reviews is that the people CAN NOT READ A CONTRACT. The last time I let my membership expire, I did get contacted by the 3rd party that does the actual billing. I told them that I did not renew, my contract was fulfilled. This 3rd party tried to get huffy, and I said 'Good luck trying to enforce an expired contract' and they left me alone after that. HINT: Open up a new debit card, dedicated to only the gym. Fulfill the contract and if you don't want to renew, stop funding that particular account.

The main issue I've had is unsanitary behavior.in the men's locker room. Despite all the signs about washing before getting in the hot tub or cold plunge and wearing proper swim attire, guys (particularly under 25 yo crowd) will routinely use the sauna or steam room, and then hop right in the hot tub or cold plunge with nothing but underwear. Even worse, they throw their underwear in the swim suit water extractor. The locker rooms often smell like sewage. I've even been swimming laps only to see a bunch of high school or early college aged males jumping in the pool with only underwear... there were little kids at the pool! I spoke up that time, and they actually were surprised saying they had done it multiple times. Staff has been informed but does not enforce. The response I've received is, "it's above my pay grade." Upper level management and female staff seem to care more about this, but nothing has been done that actually fixes the issue. Apart from this it would be a 4/5 rating overall.

To boot, they are only 30 minutes long and and offer 10+ class time options Monday- Friday! Plus, 3 class time options on Saturdays. The Trainers: Shana, Jeremy and Carl are incredibly dedicated to the program and participants! They always supportive and encouraging, but never overbearing or in your face. They strive to make the workouts enjoyable and fun, while inspiring you to push yourself. It is obvious they truly do care about every boot campers personal success. I have to admit I had a great deal of trepidation prior to my first visit. I have never been in to doing group workouts. However, TC Fit Body changed my philosophy- it is truly a judgement free zone. My fellow boot campers have all been amazing and encouraging! Everyday, I leave feeling proud of what I have accomplished and excited for tomorrow's class! I asked to perform the buyout option to cancel my membership and I was fine with paying the remaining balance, but I still was forced and required to go back and forth through various emails and calls that stated that I needed to provide actions that I already provided, to initiate the cancellation. I was told to send an email with my name, account number, and stating I was canceling via buyout option yet received 3 emails stating that they were sorry but I was only eligible to cancel via the buyout option!?!??!?! They are stuck in a loop which seems 100% intent on forcing the consumer to experience the most frustration and agony imaginable to hopefully give up on pursuing the cancelation request. I've dealt with many service provider before that perform these shady tactics and ABC Financial is atrocious at providing support and an intuitive experience for their customers as a part of the vendor of PowerHouse. I strongly recommend not getting tied up with a service provider that is leveraging ABC Financial as a vendor if you need to have a smooth, normal experience at managing your account and services. You have been warned.
