This large glass building is very easy to find, and a parking garage is attached to the Neuroscience Center (ticket not validated). Patients can be dropped off by the main lobby with wheelchairs available by the information desk. The staff at the desk are super friendly and helpful. The doctor is personable and well-spoken, explains the process well, and has a visual aid, plus he answered all my questions. I do wish I had taken a few notes to remember medication given and some of the other details, but I have an appointment in a couple of weeks. During the procedure, he explains first what he is about to do. I love that so I can prepare myself. Dr. Morrow was great about controlling the pain and checked often on me. Most of what I felt was pressure when injecting the medication. This was my second procedure to resolve another area in my spine. I am still anxious but no longer fearful as I was during the first procedure. I worry slightly of the complications that could occur, but I feel it is worth the risks. Dr. Ramsey-Morrow and his team have earned my trust. After two procedures, I truly believe he is a dedicated and skillful physician who acknowledges each patient as an individual. I didn't feel as if I was in an assembly line but his only patient. The area of my spine addressed is already showing signs of improvement. I would highly recommend Dr. Ramsey-Morrow if you have any of the conditions mentioned above.

(Blanket waiver) Billed me for a no show, when that wasn't the case. Medicaid's transport company couldn't find a ride for me that day. A health care provider can't bill a medicaid recipient at all for that, even if I had a ride but just didn't feel like going The transport company called them and explained it to them and they hung up on them. That appointment was over 1.5 yrs ago and they still bill me. They call, send bills in the mail and it's in my chart that I owe them $25 Riding the line: Didn't actually have a neurologist on staff when I asked for one. There was one next door but they didn't accept my insurance. Dr. Kundi's staff said they weren't associated, but was also told Dr. Kundi "isn't that type of neurologist". Unfortunately he's the only doctor they have, so I can't talk to any doctor at all, just NPs. Billed medicaid/Medicare $1400 for a $45 brace that he insisted on. I have spinal torsion and I told him it wouldn't work and it didn't. Leave my urine samples unattended. They refused to secure the cup multiple times when I ask. The bathroom wasn't secured and others can use it The interior wasn't secured as required Other: Urine test coming back positive for benzodiazepines because of another drug that gives false positives. One THEY prescribed. (It took me a long time to correct that after they put it in my chart. I asked them to look in my files to see 1 I was on the drug and 2 that it was them that prescribed it. Then I had to find a medical journal to quote and show them.) They did nothing but scold me and still prescribed my pain medicine as usual. Stay out of this unethical cesspool.

The procedure was thoroughly explained by the nurse prior to my entering the procedure room, then again by Dr. Wilson when he entered the room. All my questions and concerns had been addressed prior to the injection. The procedure only lasted a few minutes with no complications. I then waited 15 minutes to confirm I had no reactions or issues. The following day the nurse phoned to verify all was well. I was very happy all went well and the injection was a success.

I'm runing out of income and the pain is destroying me completely, so i was hoping to see him about an intrathecal pain pump. I have never been treated so poorly in a medical setting, as the patient, or seen someone be treated this badly, because i have been a BSN RN for 8 yrs & 3 semesters away from becoming a Nurse Practitioner, because i had to quit last year to have 3 spine surgeries, and i stood at the secretary counter to fill out paperwork because it's really hard for me to put my neck into flexion and write, and kind of hard to sit and hold a clip board infront of your face and write. So i usually stand on the end of the counter, so it keeps my spine more neutral as i write. I was asked to move to the other side so she could see some pts, so i was like ok, and my book bag was on the floor, i had a clip board, wallet, pen, phone, my insurance card & license all in my hands and not to mention it hurts my neck to lift bags so i usually try to do it in the least painful way, but could no since my hands were full & i was trying to hurry out of their way, so i just kicked my bag over a whole 2 feet to the other side of the desk and stood over there and continued my paperwork. Well, I guess the secretary TOLD ON ME? ... that i was kicked my bag around the office and that i was dropping "f bombs" when i shit u not, all i did was whisper TO MYSELF, 2 times "Fuck, i dont remember how many times i went to message therapy this whole year" and i was like looking at the wall trying to think and got out my phone too look up dates and try to calculate to get a close number, and then 2 ladies come to the door and call my name, i still had 2 pages left and showed them my clipboard and they were like that's fine u can come on back, so go back & i got scolded like a 5 yo, i was talked to you harshly when i never cussed any staff out, never made a scene all i did was whisper 2 cuss words to myself and move my bag with my foot because that was easier on my spine and faster to move out of the way.... and they were acting like i was cussing people out, and i could not understand how nor why they were treating me like this? why? Because i have a two full sleeves of tattoos and my hands and fingers? were they profiling me or discriminating against me, because i had done nothing wrong to them whatsoever, and they were being very rude on the approach of bitching me out about WE DO DONT TOLERATE F BOMBS HERE WE WILL NOT SEE YOU OKAY DO U UNDERSTAND THIS!!?? both of them standing there, my mother was shocked as well. She has been without a needed medication for almost 3 weeks while fighting a potentially life threatening infection. Have called the number at least 50 times and get sent to voicemail, never a return call. They actually answered yesterday and said the medication would be ready by end of day, it was not and still isn't. Went to the office last week about this issue and couldn't speak to anyone besides the front desk due to "policy". This is incompetence, medical negligence, and mal-practice. Will be contacting the states attorney and a personal one for action. This "consortium" acts and feels like a complete scam with no regard for patients.

Then my blood pressure shot up and I had a seizure, which I've never had before. When asking Dr. Provenza, of course he denied doing anything wrong. Well since I confronted him with my problems and concerns, he "discharged" me for inappropriate behavior. This here proofs his wrongdoing to me. Found this out today and now that he has passed away, he can't justify his actions and lie about my "behavior" He wasn't the only shady doctor there, they fired the other one that was prescribing medication that actually helped me instead of covering the pain. If you want pain meds and don't want to fix your pain, this is the place to go, they give it out like candy.
