The trainer never pushes you further than you want to go, but always tries to get the best out of you. The one downfall here is that the trainers, or PT's, you work with are not consistent and I don't get the same results each time. Unfortunately, the routine differs with each PT, and developing a relationship with someone is important in my book - it helps you get comfortable and move along in the process.
