I see Dr. Jon, but am also able to see Dr. PK if Dr. Jon is not in (which has been a total of 3 times in two years) They are both incredibly knowledgeable and make you feel that your concerns are valid. I feel so much better after I go in for my biweekly adjustment. An appointment includes physical therapy, trigger massage, and an adjustment. Dr. Jon and his crew work with your insurance to get you the lowest possible rate and will work with you if you are uninsured for an incredibly fair price. Dr. Jon has worked with me through insurance changes, deductibles, and even got me orthotics. He and his staff are also very flexible on payments, which is has saved me a lot of anxiety and headaches. Front desk staff is always very flexible with scheduling. In my two years here, I've never been denied an appointment, and haven't been penalized for missing one when I forget. I love coming here because I know they care in multiple aspects.

Back spasming so badly I couldn't raise my arms. Happened Thursday night. Had family coming in from out of town Sat for ballet performance. Went to Dr G. He had xrays taken to rule out fracture , applied STIN then adjusted my back the next day after xrays were read. Massage therapy so wonderful. Amazing spasm relief Friday. By Sunday I didn't feel like I injured my back at all. Had to return for back strengthening exercises to compensate for the vertebra that was strained. Similar experiences with a rotator cuff, wrist sprain, golfers elbow, lower back strain and a separate knee injury. Various therapies and no surgery. If you like a physician that can explain things he is the doctor for you. He has a wealth of information about current research. He is bright with an inquiring mind continually reading and learning about the latest information out there. Along with the adjustment I also had relief from third trimester level nausea from GERD that I struggled with for years - I was not pregnant. Many drugs for acid production relief but patchy relief and multiple tests from Gastroenterology that left me with an amorphous diagnosis. Now I get an adjustment about once a month with no nausea, fatigue, bad taste and no drugs! Ask about his monthly program. Costs less than the OTC meds I was taking every day with patchy relief. Even my internist condones chiropractic care for aches and pains. Dr G has a wholistic approach taking into consideration activity level, lifestyle, nutrition. He will look at the whole picture if you come in with a complaint of pain. Noticed that the sooner you go in with an injury the more effective the treatment is. Once the pain becomes chronic the effects of therapy aren't as dramatic. Highly recommend. I hope he never retires though he has a team of physicians and massage therapists that are great.

I used to think Chiro treatment was only for a traditional backache, but have since come to learn that the doctors at Body Solutions are trained to deal with a variety of physical maladies and issues. I am 50 yrs old and probably overdo it in terms of partaking in vigorous physical activities. Perhaps I'm trying to hold onto my youth for a little longer than I should, but I'm always aching or injured from too much basketball, or a hard slide in softball, or from throwing too much with my sons. I always make sure to mention any and all of these little injuries to Dr. Steve or Dr. G. after they mentioned to me that they can help with foot problems, shoulders, knees, backs, or whatever. Dr. Steve and Dr. G have always managed to bring me back to full speed along with the help of their massage therapist, Carolyn, who have all worked me back to form for several years running. They are all sports fans and, fittingly, seem to specialize in sports injuries. One time I was certain I needed a surgery to repair my left shoulder, which had been enduring extreme pain for a month to the degree that I couldn't even lift my left arm above my shoulder. Dr. Steve, in a matter of minutes, concluded it was a strained muscle in my back and spent MAYBE five minutes massaging that muscle. After that, it was back to full use. Another time I had been enduring horrible plantar fasciitis pain in my foot for several months before mentioning it to Dr. Steve. He worked on it with electro stimulation and ultrasound therapy, and then fitted me for orthotic inserts for my shoes that cost me nothing (thanks Blue Cross/Blue Shield) and within a month that foot was back to full functioning and the problem has not returned in the four years since. This place is awesome and can help you recover from any injury or pain. I also can't say enough about Carolyn, their massage therapist. I no longer just go see her for pain management issues. I see her proactively and religiously every month, as I believe that she keeps small problems from turning into much bigger ones. She's very reactive to my needs and also has the talent and ability to find problems I didn't even realize I had until she points them out to me. I would encourage anyone and everyone to give this place some thought the next time you feel some soreness anywhere. They take insurance and many would be surprised that most health insurance covers chiropractic treatments (including the massage therapy!).
