My PT was one of the owners, Shannon, and I absolutely adore her! She knew exactly what to do and my back started feeling better after a couple of treatments. She gave me new exercises to add each week and those, coupled with her myofascial release/massage (I believe that's what it's called) and very gentle adjustments, have been wonderful. Don't be scared off when I say adjustments....this is not at all the same thing as what chiropractors do. It was very subtle, intentional and gentle but it made a huge difference.
