Had deep tissue massage for this same tweaked neck a couple weeks ago at sacred hour and I can't even compare the results of the 2 appointments. Amy said I should buy a boot from Amazon and wear it for 4 weeks. I was told to come back if it didn't feel better. After the 4 weeks of hobbling around on the boot, I removed the boot and the pain was still there and felt worse. I then went to Crystal Clinic Quik Care and more x-rays were done and the provider said that my ankle was never fractured that I have arthritis in my foot. My x-rays from Stow Kent Family Practice were never sent to a radiologist only read by Amy and Dr. Holmer. A radiologist would have known that there wasn't a fracture. I then filed a grievance with my insurance company for the misdiagnosis, Stow Kent Family Practice retaliated by dropping me from their practice due to "irreconcilable differences". I got no apology or explanation.

I saw this doctor in July with horrible chronic neck pain and mobility issues. She told me that…read morethere was nothing wrong with my spine, but just tension in my muscle muscles and provided a needling treatment. That treatment provided relief for about 24 hours, but the pain then came back worse than before so I went to another doctor just two weeks later where they took an x-ray and discovered that I had suffered a cervical fracture. Dr Mehta's office charged me $1100 after I explicitly confirmed that they took my insurance on the phone when I made the appointment and in person the day of when I was signing in. I have called this office several times and been forwarded to voicemail by the staff every single time with absolutely no response or call back regarding the fact that I was charged $1100 for a "facility fee" after I was lied to about my insurance being accepted and not even mentioning the fact that this doctor did no imaging and told me that there was nothing wrong with my spine when I in fact have a C7 fracture. I have been calling and leaving voicemails for weeks now just asking someone to discuss this bill with me. I have been calm, respectful, and understanding when the truth is I'm a bit angry that I was charged this fee by a doctor Who was so horribly wrong with my diagnosis and care. The Cleveland clinic billing department has been unable to help me resolve this and has told me that I need to contact the office specifically which is what I have been trying to do with no response, so I'm sorry to leave a negative review, but I don't know how else to get someone to call me back at this point!

The whole process from initial appointments to surgery was perfect. Dr. Magoline is very thorough, he had me take both an mri and an axillary nerve test in order to best decide a course of action. Being this is my dominant arm I was very nervous about surgery, but it seems I was nervous for no reason. He is very very good!!! I will continue to update this review after my post surgery follow up appt and during physical therapy. Thanks!!
