Several of these doctors wanted to push pills on me and send me on my way, while one was so rude I couldn't even look at him by the end of the appointment. Dr. Mehta has been a shining beacon of hope and relief since she became my doctor. She has spent extensive amounts of time with me explaining and helping to chart a course that not only made me comfortable (no pain medication) and was also medically sound. From the onset of my first visit, I have been treated with amazing care; she has worked with me to ensure the proper clinical care that I am comfortable with; she has provided incredible follow-up; I feel like an "Individual" and not a number or another unnamed patient; she is kind and she provides stability to me in and time where nothing is certain and I typically don't feel well. Dr. Mehta receives my highest possible recommendation.

I'm a Cleveland Clinic concierge patient, but I still had to wait another month to see Dr. Mehta -- I trusted her from past treatment, so I waited despite being in significant pain. A few days ago, on my way to the appointment, I hit stopped traffic from a car accident that had just happened. I called the office at 3:10 to explain, and was told to just get there as soon as I could -- that it shouldn't be a problem given the accident. I arrived at 3:33 for my 3:15 appointment and was turned away. No exceptions, no compassion. I explained I'd driven 45 minutes, called ahead, was in serious pain, had been trying to get this injection for 3 months, and had a competition out of town the next day. I was told I'd missed the 15-minute grace period and should have been there by 3:30. A 15-minute injection could easily have been worked in. If you're looking for compassion from this office -- from the front desk or from Dr. Mehta herself -- you won't find it here. I'm still stunned that a Cleveland Clinic physician would turn away a concierge patient in visible pain over an 18-minute delay caused by an accident I had no control over, after her own staff told me on the phone it wouldn't be a problem.

This is the absolutely worst practice I've ever been to. Scheduling errors, billing errors,…read morepreauthorization being denied due to errors. Office staff continually refused to correct the errors on the Medicare preauthorization form stating " we were told were not allowed to resubmit another one ". This is absolutely not true. It took me over a month to resolve the billing issues. Thankfully the financial advocate was very helpful. I was denied medical care by this office due the the errors made by billing and whoever does Medicare preauthorization. Nobody in this office made any attempt to assist me in resolving these issues. Dr. Merriman refused my request to speak with him about the issues. The nurse practioner wasn't helpful at all. I called and spoke with the office manager who stated the just realized they are not treating Medicare patients fairly. I filed a grievance in January and have not heard from anyone about a resolution since some of this is malpractice. A month ago I spoke with Corporate Compliance regarding concerns about HIPPA violations but again have not heard about any outcome of this investigation. Last week i received a letter from Medicare refusing authorization for a treatment i received on 11/6/2024 because there was never an authorization request forcit, also Medicare will not pay and i am not to be billed. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. It has now been 11 months and I have had no pain relief due to all the mistakes. I have a new doctor now but had to wait 2 months for an appointment

Tim responded instantly and we messaged back and forth for awhile about my issue. I decided to schedule an assessment and am glad I did. He was able to get me in the next day to evaluate, diagnose, and treat my shoulder issue in just one session. On top of this, he was extremely professional and knowledgable in his field. In addition to addressing my pain, Tim helped me gain a significant amount of range of motion in my shoulder. He also taught me the proper ways to strengthen my weak points and improve my posture. His hands on manual treatments and exercise program were definitely worthwhile. I am now able to get through my long surgery days without experiencing any stabbing shoulder pain. One for my hand one for my shoulder one for my back one for my knee and one for my hamstring. I hit 55 and my body seems to be having problems now. Lol everyone I've seen has been exceptional. I usually do research who is the most qualified for my problem at the moment And I prefer the younger doctors. I wanna specifically mention Dr. Laskovski And Dr. Scully, I found to be above and beyond. I also want to mention Max and Physical Therapy and doing dry. Needling has been amazing. The receptionist in Hudson for the orthopedic doctors. I believe her name is Cheryl is exceptionally kind and friendly. Unfortunately, the receptionist in the Physical Therapy are not so kind and friendly or helpful.
